Katoro Executive Chairman, Louis Coetzee, said: "We are very pleased to be starting off the new year on a good note for the Haneti project. Commencing with the next phase of the diamond drill programme marks a milestone in our exploration strategy. Subject to the results from the diamond programme, we look forward to unlocking even more positive developments.

"In the process of planning and preparing for the abovementioned drill programme, the Company also successfully renewed all the prospecting licences that cover the Haneti project area. This means that the Haneti project now has another 7 years active life. This will also give us an opportunity for further exploration/ development of the Haneti project area."

Paul Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Power Metal Resources plc commented:

"The Haneti Project, targeting magmatic sulphide hosted nickel, copper and platinum group metals, represents a unique district-scale opportunity for Power Metal and our JV partner Katoro .

The preparatory work leading up to this campaign has been extensive, though ultimately, it is deep diamond drilling that is now needed in order to broaden our understanding of the geological environments and to unlock the potential for a commercial discovery.

They just raised money, so maybe 6-12 months. IF no other sources of income!

On investors saying no - you can always get death spiral/CLN or hugely discounted raises where forward selling pays for it!

We are similarly excited to commence with the next phase of drilling on the Haneti project after the confirmatory results of the 2020 RAB drilling programme that strongly confirmed the exploration potential of the Haneti project and the merit of continuing with advanced exploration activities.

The Company has also been able to manage its cash reserves very astutely since the last placement in December 2020 which leaves the Company in a position to confidently continue with the various workstreams discussed above."
