Yes Yaki, looking at the Kat website there is one Executive Director shown ( LC Executive Chairman) and the rest are non-execs Directors, so I suppose as being the only Executive on the BoD he technically is the Chief Executive!

He addressed himself as CEO in the 14/2 RNS.

He misled the market and should be struck off however AIM has no rules so will continue to con people out of their money for some time to come.

Haneti will never be mined just need to look at previous drilling results. They are relying on rock samples taken years ago probably placed there by some unscrupulous person.

I unfortunately have a large holding here, well out of the money, and hope Haneti produces something. I'm not at all impressed with Louis Coetzee who doesn't answer emails, and is apparently sill considering how to tell shareholders that he was attempting to float an asset (Blyvoor) that they didn't own.

It's taken almost 2 months for this from the RNS of December 6th:

"The Company is at the moment considering its position and options in this matter and will update the market accordingly as soon as a decision has been taken on an appropriate course of action."

This is from when it was clear everything was going down the drain, but it must have been obvious before then. How can you prepare to float an asset you don't own. How does it take 2 months or more from when problems must have been apparent to make a decision.

I'm waiting for a Friday night RNS after the market closes. Even then I'm not sure how one could possibly explain away the Blyvoor shambles.
