Yaki, around 2015 PJ's Metal Tiger signed JV's with KIBO at Morogroro (gold) and Pinewood (uranium)
They purchased 10,000,000 shares in KIBO and were given 10,000,000 warrants.
Part of the JV's was that they were to expend the first £800,000 on those licences.
Kibo's share price rose from 1.5p to over 10p
Johnson didn't spend a penny, sold out and cancelled the JV's and made an estimated £1m profit.
Then in 2019 KAT signed a JV with African Battery Metals (now POW) at Haneti.
Johnson bought 10,000,000 shares in KAT and was given 10,000,000 warrants.
See the similarity?
Unfortunately for Johnson, the scam didn't work second time around.
It's my belief the LC was in on the scam, otherwise why would he sign another JV at Haneti, if he'd been screwed over previously.

what is the Morogoro and Pinewood story. I know they were uranium PMLs and some JV with Metal Tiger but not aware of 1m bit

I know PJ screwed LC by selling at 10p and crashing the price but can't remember quite how that happened
