Company is finished Prof will win .Anyone in the right mind will sell before the EGM unless anything changes as the share price will collapse.

Ah well. At least this should be the end of it. As Cats notes, where will the dissidents get the extra shares? Or indeed whether they would throw further cash into the market?

After the vote, will be interesting to see if they try to/(can?) offload their shares or will simply just have to sit and fume.

Problem is after the debt conversion and subsequent dilution of existing holdings the current board will win and shareholders can either sell or lump it.

More hot air from our company !!Funny they have been aware of the poor share price for many years and still failed to address that!!!!…̷0;……

June 2020 and RTZ hmmmm what if??last time the agreement was nearing it was extended in plenty of time..only 9 months left now ,Any chance of a deal,No? its a secret as always.
We as shareholders have simply had enough of ultra slow progress and demand action.

Can anyone blame the LTH for losing the will to live ?.
vote for a credible change and clear path forward.

Thus, there is (from the current board and management):

* no independent programme evaluation description; and

* no budgets or timeline for an evaluation programme that requires world-class
and industry-standard methodology.

well both ladybird (#13318) and cats (#13404) did say they'd sold out after the last EGM - curious they are still here sharing pearls of wisdom

Hah, Ive come to the conclusion that ladybird and cats are fans of the e siting board. I’m guessing that’s how they’ll vote if they still have shares

No ... one never knows whose reading these boards. Immaterial really you either vote for change or vote to keep the current bod gainfully employed delivering shareholder value on our behalf with what's left of the last £100k raised. I can't imagine that knowing whose got what % stitched up would affect how you vote.

Care to share the maths on that, Sir Ian?

In any case, the Board's response to the second EGM request was to dismiss it - 'vexatious'. So short of a Court Action (which would take time), the mutineers would seem irrelevant.

It seems unlikely the creation in the meantime of the additional shares could be legally challenged, or that they could be disregarded in a future vote.

So the current Board would appear to be bombproof. I should be interested to hear technical argument against these assertions, but the present Board would seem to have 'the mutineers' well boxed in.

Wont make the same mistake on counting again Cats .... learning how to play the game and using a fair deck of cards.

Conroy may have the Ace of Spades but he cant rely on the rest of them to follow suit. Diamonds are trumps and I reckon we have the ace.

There will be another EGM the outcome however is far from certain .
As it stands Conroy will win make no mistake about that .
All the shares might not get counted again and Conroy can still play the Ace of Spades! Highly likely imo as this is a guy that will do anything to keep control CONroy holds the Ace of ♠.

They'll need a meeting to agree a meeting to discuss the plans for planning the plans.

Cats,

Prof and other persons in their deemed concert party have almost 30% even without Martello is all I’m saying. Prof and directors (on assumption that they are deemed to be a concert parry, which I believe they are) have almost no room to buy more shares, or even allot more shares to themselves thru debt of equity swap without going over 30% limit. Like I say that doesn’t even include the Martello holding.....

Bear in mind also that there were around 3 mln voting shares or so that weren’t passed across by Halifax last time, and as I am led to believe, the bulk of these would have been in support of the new regime. The vote was lost last time only by just over 1 mln votes.

The balance of voting power even with the prof’s increased holding, is far far closer than you imagine....

Indeed Sir Ian.
Has the new director set foot in Finland. ?
Our proposal team could find lahtojoki in a blizzard!! Often worked there in them.

RTZ old chestnut!!........

Will he be flying from Canada in business class at the shareholders expence??

Another one to vote off hoopsWe should be cutting our cloth not increasing our costs. His primary experience is grassroots exploration discoveries! We need to develop what we have and stop sampling every field in Finland. To assist in .... 'technical plans for the development plans for the development of our diamond deposit' .... great plans for plans .... suns it up ..... we don't even have the plans yet! The current bod has no support beyond its own holdings which is an indictment itself. If the requisitions get another chance and every vote for is counted then they will win. Lack of selling is a clear sign many are holding for that specific reason ONLY.
