10/10/2019 16:25 | Sometimes you need to have a bit of class? Bingo !! When will the current board announce some class credible news instead of buying there way out of trouble.? It's not in the shareholder intrest!!! When is it in the shareholder intrest. Over 90% of shareholders are at least 80% ? Down. Only reasonable people can see the current 3.2p value was only down to the last EGM. Not bad blogging!! It's time they delivered !! | hooops
10/10/2019 16:16 | I just thought it was nasty for someone to be saying such things about a current KDR geologist. It sounds like jealousy could be fuelling his post about Mr Bird. Mr Bird looks a fantastic new Director for KDR, his record is far superior than the previous KDR employee. When I checked Siberian Hamsters historic posts it all made complete sense. Disgruntled ex-employee geologist and one of the requisitioners looks to be posting to try and trash the new employee. Sometimes you need to have a bit of class and move on from a job and accept that someone better was required to take things to the next level. Its just life. The sour grapes get noticed. Its juvenile and in very poor taste I think to be trying to talk down Mr Bird, especially when it looks to be coming from an ex employee who is trying desperately to be a KDR geologist again. Looks like one of the requisitioners proposed directors is consumed by bitterness and is having a public melt down for everyone to see. First was the Scoping Report (thanks to robemy for exposing this) that the requisitioners had to take down because of fear of legal action. (their own website will confirm this) Siberian Hamsters historic posts suggest that this is probably mr scoping study blunder himself. Allow me to remind people of his Paragon Diamonds failure where I think shareholders may have lost their entire investment and he was MD of Paragon Diamonds for 5 years. (Its all publicly available, google it) Yes he is one of the requisitioners proposed new directors. Not who I want to take KDR forward based on his record of failure. All points to ex paragon director being the Siberian Hamster at LSE. | equalvoice1
10/10/2019 13:49 | Siberian hamsters? I only copied a post.Kindley take it up with this poster in question | hooops
10/10/2019 13:47 | Did you red thumb me or was it the other JONES ? | hooops
10/10/2019 13:32 | Hooops I had a look at Siberian hamsters posts on LSE. Its easy to work out who he is from his past posts. You act like you do not know him. I think its time to talk a little more about Paragon Diamonds. Wouldn't you agree. First the Lahtojoki Report published without permission, now he has moved on to more sour grapes. | equalvoice1
10/10/2019 12:58 | Sure Mr Jones will comment?? Or Not? | hooops
10/10/2019 11:49 | Copy from LSE would seem Mr Birds diamond experience is rather limited, as it was solely with SouthernEra, nearly 20 years ago, and basically on two projects, a small operation in South Africa, which they lost to DeBeers after nasty legal battle, and a project in Angola which came to nothing. His gold experience in Canada seems rather more recent and much more relevant. Given recent board chatter about CGNR now having a Canadian JV partner, wouldn't it make far more sense for his consultancy and board position to be with the latter company? Or is this just part of the dark web of cross charging, debt and cross shareholding between both companies, and another way of getting Karelian's shareholders to foot the bill for yet another Conroy Gold expense? The entire history of SouthernEra can be referenced on SEDAR btw, and sad reading it makes! hxxps://www.sedar.co | hooops
09/10/2019 06:59 | come on bonnie - you were never really on board with the requistitioners anyway. Close the door on your way out. | witchywoo
09/10/2019 06:22 | Cheers then!!!! BYE!!!! | hooops
08/10/2019 21:51 | Good Luck to you too ladybird1 all is lost unless prof releases the JV RNS .He could also pick up a further 4% if he wanted but hasnt and that could be because news is imminent . | rbonnier
08/10/2019 21:37 | Best of luck to you, Bonny. I tried to sell up today & not easy.... | ladybird1
08/10/2019 21:25 | Well with just over a week to the EGM and 4 trading days left to the cut off for voting and CONroy has stunned this BB into silence .I sense defeat amongst the crowd with conroy holding 8% more of the votes this time than when he won last time . If the requisitioners were determined enough to take control why are they not buying every last share they can get their hands on ? There is clearly an overhang in the market a 100k sell today dropped the offer to 3.3 as the mm has no buyers so the stock is clearly there for the taking. And why didnt they get a court order to stop any placings from taking place whilst the EGM was being called i believe they did this successfully at CGNR. We have now lost the campaign its all been a complete waste of time and money. Money talks alright something that the professor has a lot of and utilised to win the day for the current board. This will probably be my last post as i am selling up before this crashes next week ! Good Luck for the EGM. | rbonnier
07/10/2019 18:29 | Well I see Jones has risen again!! It costs nothing like the fig you suggest. I should know. Except tea and cake !! Its show desperate reaction from a desperate company unable to win a vote on credible news. Desperate!! To cling on to power. Desperate.!! It stinks !! No wonder the private shareholders have no faith. | hooops
07/10/2019 18:10 | throw in the towel Ha ha Never ! | hooops
07/10/2019 18:09 | Interesting point. Who is selling and do they actually have the stock to sell? | robemy
07/10/2019 18:01 | Ive mentioned this happening on here a few times so it must have been on the requisitioners radar and therefore they should have a plan in place. Another potential problem we have is there is a big seller in the market supplying the market with stock I sincerely doubt its on profs side so it appears its on ours with the potential of losing us valuable votes we had last time . The requisitioners need to clarify who the seller is do the maths and then convene an emergency meeting to either take out the shares all of them and mop up a further 5% to buy victory The dead line is a week today as it stands Conroy is now certain to win so its time to either throw in the towel or start buying big time .They can always be sold after the EGM . | rbonnier
07/10/2019 15:36 | How is the question? | sirianbotham
07/10/2019 15:34 | As the period for the prof to keep his majority is only a few days, witchy, time would not seem to be against him. On the more positive side, three lots of players (to include the £150k of cash pumped in by Martello) seem determined. That seems positive - as also, perhaps the most significantly - that the Prof. has been able to convince the new player that it's a decent punt. | ladybird1
07/10/2019 15:27 | i guess the more dirty tricks the prof plays the more determined shareholders will become, and the one advantage we have is we are not in our 80's !! | witchywoo |
