Hope he's a better appointment that the SIX directors voted off the CGNR Board by their won shareholders. "..... shareholder Patrick O’Sullivan has succeeded in having six of the company’s preferred directors voted off the board. However, he was foiled in his attempt to have himself and two others of his choosing elected in their stead."

"The pi investors have had enough.Less then 2% voted for the existing board in last EGM"Is that right Steve? I'd love to know where you got those figures from.Perhaps you can just admit you're being dishonest or making it up.

"Their new director looks an interesting appointment. He looks a far superior geologist than the Lahtojoki report man who had to remove half the report because he didn't know it was confidential." Great its taken from 2005 to 2019 and an EGM to get a superior geologist onto the Board of Directors

RB you are right I apologise. I have read far too much into our comments I think you went as far to say that the requisitioners wont win, its been a poor campaign and if they wanted to win then they should be out buying more shares. Although I think you would agree that you are hardly a fan of the current BoD and given the chance for a change after all the years you have been a shareholder here I'm surprised (poor or otherwise) that you can't bring yourself to be more supportive and are considering selling (after all these years of clinging on) your 0.5% before the vote. In which case if that number of shares become available at 3p it would be foolish to but putting an order in now for 10p. Not sure we are going to agree on this but wiles a few hours on a Sunday evening

I see the company continues to tweet about Seitapera. A concise update of the work done on that huge prospect since 2012 would be nice ... if you can manage a paragraph I'll be impressed Liperi 1 expired Liperi 2 expired Liperi 3 applied for and granted in 2019 WHY? Anyone recall nay updates on Liperi Why do we have a claim in Ireland

Crikey even a podcast saying we were talking to JV partners would be better than all this - don't vote for them because they did this and that malarky. Instead what have we got - speaking to Landowners re a mining permit that we used to have but seem to have lost. As you seem to knbow so much about the company tell me about the Mining Permit at Lahtojoki. Di we have one, did we have one ... how will we pay for it? 19 Apr 2016 - Acquisition of Diamond Mining Permit over the Lahojoki Diamond Project in Finland. Sept 2019 - "Your Company has also carried out other necessary and highly encouraging technical work in relation to the deposit and has also made extensive progress with the Finnish Government’s regulatory authorities and, very importantly, with the landowners in the area. Such steps are an essential part of the mining permit process in Finland. The Requisitionists are now renewing their attempt to gain control of the Company at a time when all of this work is coming to completion."

Again give me a positive reason. Same old tripe in the shareholder circular - did you write it? Project FEAR "I think shareholders lost out there." CHRIST we are hardly winning here because unlike some I don't get to participate in the equity placings. Again you are mis-stating the facts. It does not say they shouldnt have done this. They took an appropriate action in the interests of all shareholders (including you). No point convincing your mate Robemy its other Shareholders you needs to try and engage with. Telling them why they shouldn't vote for change instead of telling they why they should re-engage and trust the current company The recent appointment of yet another Director says it all - a diamon expert as well - must have felt a bit light in that department!!!!!

Hi there SirIan they could get the shares quite easily. I ring my broker and place a limit order for 4 million shares at up to say 10p per share and provide the funds . The mms will then work the order moving the price to try and fill it over a number of trading sessions. How many here for example would sell if they were bidding 9P for stock ? I bet they could fill that order well under 10p plenty of sellers would appear at 5P+ .Even if they only managed to get 5% it would counter conroys latest trick and put them in a much stronger position .

Even the Irish Times seems to have lost interest in covering the ongoing saga. Interesting reading the article from July though reminding us "At an earlier emergency general meeting, the company urged shareholders to vote against resolutions to remove Mr Conroy and managing director Maureen Jones as directors. Those resolutions were defeated. However, six out of the board’s nine directors were removed from their positions, including Mr Fitzpatrick, Dr Conroy and Mr Maguire." NINE directors ...... for an exploration company

This report really does seem to have the Prof vexed. Its the only thing the company seem to be prepared to talk about or discuss rather than anything remotely positive about the prospects for this company or how the current BoD who have been in post HOW LONG and ACHIEVED WHAT - their record speaks for itself! "Subsequent to the report being published on this website, KDR instructed its lawyers to threaten legal proceedings, claiming all manner of things including alleged breaches of supposed confidentiality obligations. The allegations raised by KDR, were denied. However, rather than having the Company waste its extremely limited resources on expensive litigation (which, by the way, the advice was that they would be unsuccessful), instead of spending its limited resources on developing out its projects (which it has failed to do over the years), the report was merely amended, without any admission whatsoever of any breach of any confidentiality obligations." Thats the reason. A legal case would just have caused more delay and cost. And this is the only reason the company KDR has come upto with to NOT vote for change and to stick with the current SEVEN directors with a MCAP of £1m and share price of 3.15p (post consolidation). Why ... because they are absolutely terrified of losing. Because in a straight fight / vote they are worried they will lose and will deploy any means to ensure (within the confines of Irish Law of course) that they remain on their own gravy train. The response to Shareholders by the company by describing this action as vexatious says all you need to know about a company that has (I want to say fleeced but will refrain) let down it shareholders and doesn't seem to care in the slightest. When they lose then they can take the new BoD to court if they feel they have a case.

RB - who are they going to buy the 10% off. I would have thought given your views on KDR and its prospects you'd have been happy to vote in a stick of rhubarb rather than endure this anymore. Your position is untenable.

Would seem that way. Combine this with the careless posting of confidential material (by requisitioners) and the campaign imploded quite early on.

I wouldnt bother about the Requisitioners gaining control of KDR this has been an extremely poor campaign compare this to the attempt on CGNR in 2017 there is no comparrison .The attempted coup at CGNR was a highly organised sophisticated attempt at getting the board out and still failed. This 2nd EGM is just balancing its hope on getting a few more votes through the door it wont be successful.Conroy won last time and has 5% more of the company this time before we even start. The Requisitioners claim to have backers waiting in the wings with finance .If they were serious about getting control and changing the fortunes around for everybody why havnt these people with money standing by bought up 10% of the shares to guarantee victory .
