09/4/2010 10:53 | .........and good to see you're just like MPS has been over the years. Never answering questions........... Just full of your own agenda and innuendo. | tippyex
09/4/2010 10:50 | Did I ever say the Police would issue a court order? Thought I might have prefixed it with an 'and/or'. If not, then clearly it was an oversight in my post. Nothing more, nothing less and certainly doesn't alter anything planned. Of course the Police would have the authority to get some of the info directly, without any court order. Good to see you're so interested & right behind sorting out the criminally libellous activity against so many genuine shareholders. | tippyex
09/4/2010 10:43 | If nothing else, it's good to see LOL hasn't been the subject of a Police court order yet! LOL! PS. Excellent copy post of mine, thank you for reminding us! Needless to say, nothing "cowardly" or remotely "hypocritical" about it, only facts, but there again the readers would have already known that! LOL! | abarclayman
09/4/2010 09:51 | Typical cowardly MikePStevens. I'm not asking for your name or your contact details. Just your solicitor's name & address. What's the problem with that????? As if I didn't already know. I've never knowingly lied or deliberately misled with any of my posts on here (EDIT: unlike CJ the plastic dog excrement expert has). And bizarrely, like I've often repeated - it aint me that has been on the payroll, held Office, claims to represent shareholders in court, starts thread on ADVFN then hidces behind a corrupt website. Primarily all I ever do is ask reasonable shareholder related questions. Most particularly about how/why shareholders were well shafted out of their money over those flawed fund raising exercises. Reference your question. As always over the years - I'll answer honestly and straightforwardly. "I have absolutely no idea whatsoever." And happy to swear on oath to that. | tippyex
08/4/2010 08:35 | Cheers dekate. Though I take what you say with a pinch of salt!! You wouldn't be the first bandit playing off circa 10 to skin me out of money!! I definitely be in touch - most likely wont be until late September time at the earliest that I'm anywhere near your neck of the woods. | billy connolly
07/4/2010 21:43 | i see lawleys pal is up to his old tricks...nowt changes with the laurel & hardy show | mikepstevens
07/4/2010 19:46 | billy...you can prattle on with red herrings 24/7 for years n'years, put a spin on everything you like...& lie about what you wrote on here when you didnt go to the police about cr&p allegedly (you say) sent to your mrs...it dont change a thing... ed....anything happening with your boss by next wednesday :) | mikepstevens
07/4/2010 16:50 | Hi Billie, Sounds good give us a shout on here if you are in the area at any time. I must admit you sound too good for me of 10 though! D | dekate
07/4/2010 16:05 | .....in a bizarre sort of a way......it kinda reminds me of those phantom court cases he won on his own against leading law firms & barristers. Funny........ then how when it came to the crunch with Hardy in a relatively minor matter of whether a payment from funds held in trust was okay or not..... Jones needed a perverbial army of a legal team fighting his corner?????? | tippyex
07/4/2010 15:31 | Read my mail to Jones. Read his reply. Then, read what was stated in a signed statement to the courts. It is any wOnder I feel like being perverse???????????? | tippyex
07/4/2010 15:27 | Still no response I see MikePStevens? :- "Billy Connolly - 31 Mar'10 - 10:40 - 23445 of 23461 Good to see though that you're still full of your usual cowardly innuendo & bull, whilst never answering any direct question. No balls or guts either it seems :- TippyEx - 30 Mar'10 - 10:14 - 23443 of 23444 "MikePStevens ....... but importantly what you can't do is provide a single shred of evidence that I've been in anyway whatsoever involved with the guy in anything remotely dishonest or illegal. If you have - then post the evidence on here along with your contact details............. | tippyex
07/4/2010 15:23 | Everyone knows (or should know) exactly who I am. So, imho there's nothing perverse in me highlighting anything about Jones. He's the one who has been on the payroll, he's the one who has held Office, he's the one who claims to represent shareholders in court, he's the one who a operates & now hides behind a corrupt website. Is it perverse of me to ask yet again why he publically stated that there wasn't sufficient funds to pay for more than a limited mailshot to shareholders whilst 5 minutes later he was oh soooooo privately organising £40,000 for himself? Why was all the correspondence FYEO or self destructing if it was an issue? If I'd known at the time what was going on then I'd never had made my voluntary donations - Great Ormond Street Hospital for sick children never stood a chance, eh? I've asked & repeated until I'm blue in the face stacks of highly relevant shareholder related questions on here over the years. Which have never been answered. If by highlighting any concerns or irregularities or inconsistencies I have about the bloke - makes me perverse......then so be it. And there was me thinking Jones and I had something in common over reporting to the Police excrement (plastic or the real stuff)......... and you see it as me being perverse???? ROTFLMAO. | tippyex
07/4/2010 13:38 | billy.....you cant deny (but will try!) theres only 1 poster who'se shown a perverse interest over the years in what was sent to cj &/or his mrs.....so its a bit rich (an understatement) you having a go at abarclayman for just having a deserved lol at your post about a lol court order... | mikepstevens
07/4/2010 10:05 | Hi dekate Wish I'd had £1 from everyone who has told me to stop posting on here!!! Not sure it's because I haven't got anything better to do. Assure you that I don't spend more than 25-30mins max a day looking in on ADVFN and these days only during LSE trading hours. I am a tad hyper and I've got serious money invested in some shares on AIM (too much if truth be known) and as a result I'm compelled to come onto ADVFN at fairly regular intervals. But if you're suggesting I haven't got the self discipline simply to ignore the rubbish that gets posted on this thread - then yes, guilty as charged. A tiny wee flaw in my character. Especially rising to those who are recent posters, remain anon, and who claim not even to be shareholders......wh Have hardly spent anytime since Xmas in Madeira - so can't really say owt about the weather in Portugal. Been mainly in the Channel Isles. As to golf - playing almost as well these days as I did when I represented scottish schoolboys yonks ago. Played Jack Nicklaus' St Mellion course fairly recently on a weekend trip to Cornwall. Well impressed - that is one serious test of golf. If I'm ever in your neck of the woods I'll be in touch and if you fancy a game we can play one of your better regional courses. My shout. But of course only if you fancy it!!!! Awrabest. | billy connolly
07/4/2010 08:26 | Billy, I'd heard the weather had been bad in Portugal lately, but surely you must have something better to do than answer to this lot. good to see you still alive and kicking though, how's your golf? D. | dekate |
