Ref Attorney General's Office - it was posted on here at the time. Go back and research if you like. In fact, it was also at the time a throw-away suggestion of the plod at the coal face to contact the Attorney General's office. As it turns out it wasn't really needed. Pity - it still would have been interesting/useful.

Good to see so many auld posters from this saga from 6-8 years ago re-appear elsewhere on ADVFN's threads. Under different nicks now of course. Just like me (but I guess my 'style' they can easily pick-up on). Good to catch up again with good decent folks from the investment world.

Have a nice wee weekend AB - don't spend too much time on here or that corrupt website of your mates.

On 2nd thoughts - don't bother as (i) it doesn't exist and (ii) it's not the slightest bit important.
Again, I was merely pointing out how history was repeating itself with JUS/CMR.

The CMR website will only tell you what every CMR shareholder already knew this time last year!!! The point of course I was making was in respect of CJ's "I will share pertinent information at an appropriate time" and 9 months later absolutely nowt further. JUS postings & thread headers all over again from yesteryears.

BTW, gartshore's the LAST person to mention attention to detail & credibility.
He's consistently over the years shown on here how (i) he doesn't even know the difference between "off" and "of" and (ii) he avoids offering any explanation(s) regarding his other mate Shukri and the many alleged fraudulent misrepresentations & forgeries etc.

Morning all

In response to several comments, I will share pertinent information at an appropriate time, and not before the CMR board have made a further announcement explaining the position.

I have spoken further at length with Mike Burton almost two weeks ago and have since had further email correspondence. I appreciate that this is frustrating for some, that is not my intention, but it would be wrong to disclose certain information to the possible detriment of CMR.

Talk of legal action by shareholders is premature, you have not lost your investment at the present time and may not do so if the board are able to resolve the situation.

Suspect the answer is quite straightforward.
Ask KPMG and/or HMRC.
And whilst you're at it find out the current state of play with EDI and the monies. Why's the matter apparently still outstanding/unresolved?

What I find quite perverse. Before Hardy arrived on the scene (and for a shortish while after his appointment) there was a fairly long list of constantly advertised 'villains' in this saga on here. Downs/Calderbank/some of the GOS etc etc to name but a few. Yet they never, ever register a mention these days. Certainly not from the posters even before they tried to run for cover on CJ's corrupt website.
Why is that, I wonder?
It seems to be all about Hardy. Except from the odd fabricated nonsense about me being "up to my neck in it".
