Just my computer is in Madeira and I've spent the last few months in the Channel Isles where I bought a new lap top and thought it was simpler to register as a newbie.
(ie couldn't remember my Billy C password)

Why so? Unfortunately my tax affairs are not straightforward. Always have to have a tax accountant complete my annual return. £21,750 tax rebates in the form of various CGT allowances and income tax rebates was money well spent with IRS in my view. Anyway, it is my money to spend how I like.

As to scams and cons - surely none bigger in this saga than shareholders being misled out of their money with those flawed fund raising exercises?

As far as I know but i'm not a tax expert, the HMR&C ruling is you can claim up to 5 years after a company has ceased trading. The big problem is with the foolHardy scams and duff info about Think trading when it wasn't, the 5 years is up!!

Check it out with your tax office and see what they say, you can do it online.
