oh dear billy...it gets worse...cr@p means lies & threats...not just what u want it to mean lol..typical............why am i posting?...same reason why a responsible teacher would confront a 6 year old schoolboy who'se lost the plot in the playground & shouting cr@p & lies to cause trouble & red herrings to help his best mate nick the loot from the school office....among other things

Last time you mentioned a 'red herring' it was the Eversheds Report. But of course when asked about it you failed to even answer (i) why it was a red herring and more importantly (ii) why shareholders never got to be advised of its content before they were misled and shafted out of their money over those flawed fund raising exercises.

£10k says me and a group of shareholders will visit the local plod in Maidenhead/Windsor in person at some point during 2010. But there is an issue of priorities as well as timing as well as killing 2 birds as well as general convenience from a co-ordination standpoint. Imminient book publication comes first. Am sure CJ'll understand that one ?????!!!!!
Lots to say to the Police about lots of criminal activity as well as other relevant matters that they surely need/want to be aware of?

As to O'Neil and Hardy's visit yonks ago to his local plod - the detail of which must have passed me bye.... what exactly was that all about? I assume nowt directly to do with O'Neil?

surly what anyone dose is irelevant since the OR is supposed to be in charge now , i think that may be why Hardy is so muted , a clear fact an annual statement was to be given to Hardy yet he never pushed for one wonder why ?

Why is it that "as far as i know nobody is doing anything about it"?

will we ever get to know the terms of the Lawley deal Hardy has told me the terms but what has been the earnings on the IPS Lawley agreed to publish a statement every year as yet as far as i know he has not & as far as i know nobody is doing anything about it , there is a creditors commitee dose it still excist & apart from Mr Ogden one of the origonal culprits who is or was on it Hardy would never tell me i found out about it`s excistance by chance .

Mark Hardy the man who never gives up seems to have vanished , has he been silenced by the OR ? has anybody had contact with the OR ? , Gordon Kidd is still looking for answers to the same questions but as always in this saga they may never be answered.
