Suspect the answer is quite straightforward. Ask KPMG and/or HMRC. And whilst you're at it find out the current state of play with EDI and the monies. Why's the matter apparently still outstanding/unresolved? What I find quite perverse. Before Hardy arrived on the scene (and for a shortish while after his appointment) there was a fairly long list of constantly advertised 'villains' in this saga on here. Downs/Calderbank/some of the GOS etc etc to name but a few. Yet they never, ever register a mention these days. Certainly not from the posters even before they tried to run for cover on CJ's corrupt website. Why is that, I wonder? It seems to be all about Hardy. Except from the odd fabricated nonsense about me being "up to my neck in it". "theft. pure & simple. end off"............LOL.

....and I also remember well someone posting on here that there was insufficient funds available to pay for the printing & postage expense of anything more than a very limited update mailshot to shareholders. When, in fact, 10 days later there were sufficient funds (£40,000) to help alleviate his then personal financial problems with his Bank. ........and I get accused of misleading folks? ........ and be served with notice regarding rights reserved by shareholders against me by Mr 'for & on behalf of' shareholders? LOL - you gotta laugh, haven't you?????!!!

LOL I remember well when Hardy first appeared on the scene in early 2005 that the usual gooners were posting 20-to-doz on here that he was only employed to wind Think up and put the final nail in the coffin and to cover up alleged wrong doing by the likes of Downs, Calderbank et al. The reality has been somewhat different in that it's only been Hardy that has publically exposed any real hard facts & evidence for shareholders to consider. That assumes of course you ignore Arpy's c&ps of childish cartoons as being supplied evidence (who needs HSBC bank statements as evidence when you've got those kind of captions to hand!!). o/t - Robert - ta.

Whoa who's rattled now? Admitted contempt of court - that's a new one. Admitted perjury? No on both counts. Judge having a go about being devious with KPMG - not a cat in hells chance? Where did you read that? Have you read the judge saying KPMG improperly took the money? So what are you doing to try and bring them to book? Methinks someone's rattled about the VAT scam by the Jones' that CJ admitted in writing as set out in the documents you have. Have a nice weekend.

Mark hardy the money wasnt yours to take. Get that into your thick skull. as for the 'bloody transcript' which one? the one where you admitted contempt of court and perjury? or the one where the high court judge had a go at you for being devious over Kpmg and said you didnt have a cat in hells chance or words to that effect?

1. Company money isnt shareholders money - ever. Get that into your thick skull. 2. The creditors of the company have first call on any and all monies - you have no rights whatsoever until they have been paid - except to complain in the High Court if you are dissatisfied with the OR's actions. So go file a law suit. 2. I am accountable solely to the OR not to a bunch of thickos like you, and unlike CJ and KPMG I do not have any problems. 3. Read the bloody transcript.

Gilsey Are you aware that CJ told the High Court that less than 50% of the people on "his" site are not shareholders in Just/Think? Are you aware KPMG have told the High Court they read the CJ site assiduously? So why do you think I keep posting? Now, take a hike you silly little wastrel.

Essential reading. http://business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/industry_sectors/banking_and_finance/article6954625.ece You were ripped off in the CVA where McLoughlin and Graham admitted in the High Court improperly taking the Escrow monies, and HMRC accuse them of outrageous fees and improperly taking 60,000+ monies from the EDI pot. Any of you lazy wastrels now going to do something about it? I doubt you will, although this is the best chance you are ever going to get to bring KPMG to book and get your CVA money back. Notice Austin Mitchell's name in the article? Its the same one as in my submissions to the OFT - downloadable at www.sip9audit.co.uk
