BBI @ $2361 - October it was $2453 - average for the quarter is $2429.

Copper is $7600 per ton compared to September's $8022.

Metals all moving in the wrong direction.

Jam tomorrow.

Well, Nick, you don't have to invest ... "It seems a good story but there are execution risks, market pricing risks, and perhaps geopolitical risks as well..." Name me a share for which this doesn't apply?

Been watching this for a while. I took a punch on the nose with Sirius Minerals, that was a dead cert multi-bagger, until it wasnt and that colours my view.

It seems a good story but there are execution risks, market pricing risks, and perhaps geopolitical risks as well.

The share price may be bafflingly low, but as Warren Buffett said " The market can remain irrational longer than most people can remain liquid".

Eastern limb seems to have gone quiet.. it's been months since they were in "final talks" about acquiring a plant. I wonder what the hold up is? From his recent interviews I'm not getting a clear picture on the Eastern Limb except that they always seem to be at the final stage of purchasing??. The 60 days are up this week and I can only guess we will hear nothing..

Thanks for that. I'm fully aware of what's going on in the background. My comment referred to the share price perhaps I was a bit harsh - it hasn't done fa, it's dropped. Quite significantly.I hold a decent amount and have added recently as I am confident JLP will come good eventually but atm if it was a football match it would be 10 nil to SLP in terms of shareholder returns. I should know as I've held a large amount of SLP for several year.

Something I picked up on in the Annual Report was that it says 58,000,000 options were issued in the financial year. However I can only idemtify 24,500,000 which were issued on 27th May 2022. Anyone know when the other 33,500,00 options were issued an to whom or explain the apparant discrepancy?

Also bear in mind they are 1st quarter results from SLP. We don't know how we've performed in Q1 yet. Lets hope we get some kind of update but I imagine it would be fairly positive just like SLP.
I understand the frustration deme and having been here since Braemore and holding a couple of million shares I share your frustration but sb is right about the fundamentals moving forward. That's why we still hold??

SLP is at the same price it was at in January 2021; JLP is at the same price it was at in December 2020. One of them has carried out a massive investment program to diversify the company and build a platform for extraordinary growth in metals which are known to be key to the future of the global economy...the other has given some money back to shareholders as they have little idea what else to do with it. I know which I would rather be in, being a long term investor.

I agree with Husbod, and having been here for an age, I would say I'm entitled to that opinion.

As for the "Why waste your breath" comment. you understand this is a BB, so why waste your finger movements would be more apt 😉

Pity they didn’t provide a valuation? Not that it really matters in the current market!
