With even the biggest players in the chrome industry downsizing, more interesting times for Jubilee's chrome exposure. As Glencore Merafe re-align their chrome JV business, maybe JLP could help them out, with some fine chrome technology.

“We’re also looking at streamlining our business. We went into the Section 189 processes at most of our ferrochrome operations. We are repositioning ourselves to be still in this business and to pull back into a position where we can be robust,” said Fullard.

Mining Weekly reported in June that the alloys division of Glencore Operations South Africa and Merafe had commenced a consultation process in terms of sections 189 and 189A of the Labour Relations Act relating to potential downsizing.

Do i think PI's trade gaps?No... most PI's aren't sophisticated enough.People like froggy, losta and myself will, as will MM's.

That is true... Trend momentum gaps where new participants enter a market rarely get filled.The gap i refer to 4.4 on the 6 August, is such a gap imo.

Gaps do not have to be filled all the time. For example, if Jubilee issued an RNS now saying the company has been approached with an offer, while share price is @5.4p and on that news the MM's immediately increased the share price to 6p then the shares rallied higher. Do you really think pi's would then sell to take the share price back down to 5.4p to fill the gap, when the offer could be 10p+ a share. Like I say sell now if you think share price is going down to 4.4p or even 4.55p, your choice.

Freedom gaps pertain to the open and close of the trading period the candle represents. If all you're doing is looking at 1 day chart then there is an awful lot you're missing.Stop being so pedantic just because you and deme arent the best price callers anymore lolLike i said look at the 5hr you goon

Like I said the share price never hit 4.4 the share price closed on the 5th @4.55 and opened on the 6th @4.65 due to RNS!!

He has stepped down from GLR due to taking retirement. He was on their board but maybe not on JLP board so maybe no announcement?

4.4? the share price on the 6 Aug opened at 4.65 & closed @4.85 I think must be something wrong with your chart.

Anyway, what's more important is the huge progress Jubilee is making, that will determine the direction of share price If pi's want to risk selling to buy back cheaper, so be it.

Human behaviour is heavily influenced by rates of change. Regarding PMs there is much afoot re the COMEX, the pending US election and the DOJ. Expect the first derivative to dominate in the final calendar quarter. I don't think there will be too many shorting PMs, that is without some sophisticated hedging mechanism as back-up. December should be particularly interesting as the 'deliverable crunch' comes to a head. Interesting times!
