I sold 63720 shares and it showed as 64320

That's weird where did the 600 shares come from?

It's funny...You have no problem believing that i only hold 100k.But you won't believe that i hold a million... I bet if i had another account that posted about brexit and immigrants and potential 10 bags, you'd be frothing in your pants.

The Bull

Spot on.
Didn't plat say only a day or two ago

"all profits head to JLP"

Does not say much about his trading abilities.

Old PH doesn't half give it large for someone with a paltry holding

Strangely I hope your right pshevlin.
The £26k is a drop in the ocean compared to what i have left in JLP.

So it is but significant that none of these sells are having much influence on the share price at the moment. When the sells dry up you may regret fiddling around with your holding.

The reasons for my rounding down.

The share price chart looks a little toppy.
If you look at the charts from June 2020 to July 2020 it could follow a similar pattern where it went from 4p down to 3.2p.
In this case from 5.5p down to 5p possibly slipping into the 4's for a trade or two.

Coupled with the resurgence of this virus worldwide, the markets are having the jitters.

That said i have only taken just over £26k out and will keep my main holding as anything could happen with JLP.

pshevin - if the poster is being honest it does give a better idea of what is going on in the market place. I find it interesting to watch those that trade try to improve their position. It's all learning, trying to understand when it's a good time to buy/sell. When it's a good time to admit that you just got it wrong and reverse your position.

It will show, they have a habit of delaying large(ish) trades.

PS

I never used to highlight my trades until I got fed up with people posting I did not hold any! Those are the ones who claim trades after they show up!

Don't panic though I still hold more than plat could dream of!

"Just sold 480k @5.439p shares to round my holding down." Nothing shows up!
Actually a bit pi$$ed off with some people posting their trades. What is the point?

HL are a broker service so it's correct that they should say they don't do a b&i.Any service with live quotes an execution won't be able to do it.

B&B was the old term for intersposual transfers to avoid cgt liabilities.. the loop hole was closed at the end of the eighties i think.Ergo the inter-wrapper transfers inherited the name with the last letter representing the first letter of the destination tax wrapper.B&B is still used yo save people saying ISA, SIPP, SSAS, gift and loan bond etc etc etc.

B&B is not Bed & ISA. I sold some EUA to buy back in ISA recently as HL, who aren't doing Bed & ISA said I could do it myself. They didn't say I had to wait for settlement! I therefore bought back under the 30 day rule, although lost out considerably.
