In addition, these efforts ensured Roan continued to produce copper products while awaiting the delivery of the new front-end moduleThis implies the past, not the current.

The article says they’re still waiting for delivery of the front end! No change from earlier. Piece still being sent by snail mail.

As you say pshevlin rather strange. Most of the article is repeating old news but I would have thought that, if the Company knew it was going to print, they would have requested a delay until an RNS came out. The wording is precise in that it differentiates between manufacturing and commissioning. Still, we wait and see.

"Zambia- and South Africa-focused diversified metals processor Jubilee Metals has COMPLETED the manufacturing of a new front-end modular 50 000-t-a-month unit at its Zambia-based Roan copper processing facility."

If true, no RNS, strange. Still to be commissioned though.

The focus is understandably, on the copper price and Roan's resumption of full production, but it's also important to keep an eye on platinum - getting very close to $1,100 mark - IIRC is a recent high.

Fun Friday

I'd hope with the increased activity they'll all keep their bloody eye on it a bit more. Nice few buys coming in so could be a great end to the week
