I agree wrt transport costs. $100 per oz

But then you are going $400 per oz production cost. At hernic 45% of the cost is fixed... assume 50%.
So $200 + $200.

At Windsor we are producing twice as much so the the fixed cost per oz should halve. The variable cost should stay the same.
So $100 + $200.

So that would be $100 (transport) + $300 + $150 = $550

I my view.
However the deal at Windsor involves us paying a fixed fee plus a percentage. Leon made a comment to the effect that they are motivated to be as efficient as possible but what that actually means... who knows.

1MadMarky,

If it costs $100 per production ounce in transport costs based on $3 per tonne of tailings transported with a grade of 2.7 grams of pgm per tonne.

Then if we pay Northam 15% of earnings 85/15 as with the Hernic deal lets say $150 per ounce.

Then $650 per ounce cost to produce at Windsor.

What do you think ?

Bullster would you kindly do a BBI so that the figure can be added to the monthly data by Under.

TIA Bullster & Under.

Bullster... remember Aug production at Windsor would probably be loss making. Same possibly for first week of Sept.

Mutley... If we extrapolate the earnings lag and value the company on the same basis of 9x eps then 7-8p Industry average is 30-40x eps so once we have a few years audited behind it to build investor trust, sentiment and expectations then you have Lostas 10 bagger

2,300 x 6 months = 13,800 oz from Inyoni

21,082 - 13,800 = 7,282 oz from Windsor

13,800 x $400 oz costs = $5,520,000
21,082 x $544 oz costs = $11,468,608
7,282 x unknown costs = Windsor

13,800 x 400 = 5,520,000
7,282 x (w) = 11,468,608 - 5,520,000

w = 11,468,608 - 5,520,000 / 7,282
w = $817

Therefore if it costs $400 to produce an INYONI pgm ounce

it costs $817 to produce a WINDSOR pgm ounce.

So it costs us $417 more per ounce for trucking and NORTHAMS fee, etc. than INYONI
