The Licence for DLK is being held up because of the Chinese Company buying it
Leon has no control over that.
I do think however a placing is coming, not for Sable/Kabwe but for a deal which I think will be looked at short term in a negative way.
I also think that Leon even after talking to him at the AGM is becoming a little bit arrogant in the way he chooses to show the figures

The longer that chrome is at the bottom of the pricing cycle and producers are underwater, the more distressed the assets will be. Great, if you'r buying.

Leon what is happening to the DCM plat licence?
Over 3 years and waiting. When we were told before the project started that it was all about the platinum! then it was "oh we are going to process the chrome first because of our fantastic deal"

I am giving this 6 months max then i will be dumping.
