Hi Shares

gold is still due to complete an intermediate cycle low.
That being the case there's still a chance it'll drop to $1250 before it's over. Shouldn't take to long though - a few more weeks all being well.

Exactly Plat, Build Cost, there is little build cost when a Plant is purchased. Kabwe Processing May lease it from JLP. The agreement no doubt has words. Why now suggest that Capital spend is significantly reduced when it exceeds a condition in the agreement that triggers a reduction in royalties. We haven’t seen the agreement so it would be conjecture and we don’t know what the capex targets or costings for the plant were. All will become clear at some point. BMR certainly didn’t see an immediate increase in value, unless they were a forced seller in order to exercise another more lucrative transaction.

I’m still wondering why such tonnage results in far lower yeilds. Have they an under the counter route to market? Is that a Zambian caveat.

BMR's interest drops to 11% on account of the build costing more than 15 million, that is the only thing that effects BMR in my view

Not sure what the agreement will be now with BMR. JLP have purchased a valued asset which is presumably theirs rather than Kabwe Processing. Glencore paid $32m some years ago, 4 or 5 possibly more. I’m not sure what the deal will look like now. What exactly will Kabwe Processing own and how will it be structured. That is something we wait for. It would be ironic if Jubilee ends up with the plant and the license but no access.

1mm, was raised that the v circuit could quite easily brought into play. Was even a possible option to due a JV for that element, but no mention in the RNS so looks like it's all ours (apart from the royalty).

Hi dk, it was my alter ego who posted that on Advfn. I received the note as a client of Shard Capital and will try to add some more flavour when my laptop is back from repair. Have to say that the deal with Glencore is a game changer though and the market will start to price in the massive increase in production that will come from Kabwe as we get closer to the refinery becoming operational.

In the meantime production continues to ramp up from current operations and that should become more apparent in next month’s quarterlies, just as Platinum is retesting six month highs and looking poised to make that breakout from the seven year downtrend.

Am advised that the two main II’s who participated in the placing are there for the longer term gains which are clearly coming into sight now, as am I.

More soon hopefully,

Hahaha, you couldn’t make it up.

Think of the lovely fees earned on that £11m. Bird and LC continue to play the mug punters like a fiddle...

Those shares will be drilling the market for quite some time!

"we've just been diluted by 0.30 times to make 10 times current earnings."

So what are the current earnings? Nobody knows

Kabwe will be loss making for the first year and will take 1 year to produce anything

So you're happy to wait 2 years until it makes something just for Leon to fire the confetti cannon a couple more times in between? What about all the debt? Any profits from Jubilees existing projects will be used to pay that off

There will be no net profit here for a long time

Plat Hunter enjoys placings. He enjoys placing himself between 2 cracks at the caravan park.

Its off topic from JLP, and there's no panic. Try when you get back to the UK.

If you look close to the top of the advfn page, there is a small yellow box with an envelope graphic. Click on that button and it will open up the private messaging.

They have already been running a pilot V recovery plant. They just need to move it and integrate it into the sabel plant.

The zinc price chart looks primed to go higher. Also LME zinc stocks are down from 85,000 tonnes five years ago to 5,8325 currently.

Seems like a good time to become a zinc producer.

So is the dilution priced in now, have we just cleared out BMR, and fully financed Kabwe with no real detriment to the SP?

Quote from Leon's interview today.

"We don't have a single mine attached to our company YET."

Sounds like a mining facility is on the way?
