21/3/2019 11:24 | I think this will bounce back fairly quickly. | ![]() sharenotes
21/3/2019 11:23 | Interesting line: 'Jubilee has already secured Zambian ministerial approval for the transaction. The Minister also waived previous conditions placed on the Kabwe mining licences.' | ![]() sharenotes
21/3/2019 11:17 | And tfe happy state of affairs lasted long? Maybe 2hours? | ![]() goingforarun
21/3/2019 11:17 | Would be fantastic rns if no placing was announced. That's a lot of new shares to digest. | ![]() marmar80
21/3/2019 11:16 | "The Bull21 Mar '19 - 09:27 - 9580 of 9601 0 2 0 Just took the plunge before the train leaves the station north fillya boots" Its okay the bull, JLP have a habit of doing this! | ![]() deme1
21/3/2019 11:12 | Come on we all knew this was in the pipeline! What is the point in having a $50mil facility when you can just tap up the long term investors! #midcap #lemons someone give Leon a drubbing at the next presentation! | ![]() deme1
21/3/2019 11:11 | We now have a refinery. What's not to like? | ![]() dafrog
21/3/2019 11:10 | honestly, how did you think it was going to happen? Magic fairy dust? This is an excellent RNS if you read it properly. Not the ministerial waiving of other conditions. This is only negative for those of you overloaded and waiting to get out. For folks like me with a longer term plan it is great news. | ![]() frogkid
21/3/2019 11:09 | Adejuk, just to be on the safe side - let's make it 30 years! | ![]() sharenotes
21/3/2019 11:07 | Another year stuck at 2.25p.. | ![]() greenelf
21/3/2019 11:07 | i hate this f'ing company | ![]() adejuk
21/3/2019 11:06 | They could easily do 2.35p instead of 2.25p. Bit higher price and less shares to issue. AIM. | ![]() marmar80
21/3/2019 11:06 | Unless, of course, it was JLP who picked up the shares? | ![]() sharenotes
21/3/2019 11:04 | Small placing lol | ![]() greenelf
21/3/2019 11:03 | Here you go | ![]() marmar80
21/3/2019 11:03 | Never understand why do they always do discounted placings if the future is so bright... | ![]() marmar80
21/3/2019 11:02 | “on reflection is it really likely the 17mil is bmr?” Boris I reckon the sell has got to be BMR. People had tracked their holding down to 17-18m so it makes sense for it to be them. It’s below 3% so they won’t disclose it although they might confirm on Twitter to their shareholders. I think the angle with the RNS yesterday is that JLP had to disclose numbers to BMR and whoever bought the 17m to broker the overhang clear down and they were therefore obliged to give everybody else the same numbers after the deal got struck. Then the buyer could continue buying in the open market if they wanted to without trading on inside information. | goldibucks
21/3/2019 10:42 | thx share i hope so too | ![]() adejuk
21/3/2019 10:39 | boris. Could it be that only the buy side of the 17m transaction has been reported so far with the sell side to be reported later? | ![]() gsg
21/3/2019 10:25 | my recent purchases now looking rather opportune! Get BMR out, a decent investor show and perhaps some news one way or another for Kabwe and we could actually get going a bit. | ![]() frogkid
21/3/2019 10:22 | 17.7m shares, hardly a placing IMHO. | ![]() sleveen |
