delboyare you saying itv will be 100p due to itvx and an extra one million switching to it?i presume you can attach some numbers to that, otherwise its just the bull (no pun intended) version of the dross vlad and sr come away with...if you are going to be proved correct what is the basis, i know you are not daft enough to have just plucked a number out of the air....just that the bulls here seem to think any bullish story is fine...btw i agree with you on the switching, id go further though, this recession will be the first where people have more subs than they need, want or can afford, but how have you calculated a 50% uplift in share price and what earnings and outlook will drive that?

Obviously I am no expert on the sector. My preference is to know a little bit about them all. And not a whole lot about one

But i do know an expert in the field called "MeanerStreamer"

He might turn up and tell us all about it, with the facts sourced and tabled to back it all up

Hilarious how hard you try. A raise? Where the hell did you get that chestnut from? :)
Time will tell on share price moves, but I predict could current within a couple of years, worst case.
Then we can reflect on postings here.

Even with a paltry 560 million in the streaming service sector, the balance sheet, cash etc, looks very very weak/vulnerable

Possibly need a raise as early as H2 or early 2023

Anyone looked at global company consensus for advertising 12 months forward? And the estimated global reductions on those budgets?

Tell you what, looking at ITVs mention of 560 million and looking ahead, and BSheet i do not only expect div deleted again, but a hefty cash raise too

Now we have covid quietly mutating behind the mainstream news

No point going into that at all, but id say given macro, that potential and everything else, we are looking at at least post winter, post first dire global financial results of 2023 passing, before any serious investor looks at much again

That Britbox link is outdated. Britbox will be included in the paid ITVX streaming service with 15,000 hours of TV.....it will be far bigger and better and Britbox as a name will go.

Reading all the pros and cons, nobody has yet mentioned ITV are now a FTSE 250 company with a Mkt Cap of 3.75 billion dollars....it has studios, production, terrestrial, streaming and is a UK household brand.

It's competition is the behemoths with Mkt Caps of hundreds of billions of dollars....markets will soon wake up, just be on board when they do.
