01/12/2022 16:36 | Isn't the benefit of PEM electrolysers that they can produce hydrogen as soon as they receive power. Do they actually need to run 24 hours a day or can they just run during off peak times e.g. during certain times in the day and overnight. Electricity prices can be cheaper off peak (as is now happening with domestic users) so Hydrogen can be made cheaper. | grahamwales
01/12/2022 16:30 | While you relax, Skinny, perhaps you could help me to understand something better - considering you actually seem to understand. If we are to use electrolysers to store the excess wind energy, rather than curtail it - which is the no-brainer - how do we get the electrolysers running at max capacity? Important for costs... If anyone can provide more detail I would be so happy. Any recent studies done? Will look myself in time, but hoping someone else already has a quick answer. | gimmethefax

01/12/2022 15:19 | Difficult to see what their hydrogen tech actually is - but I would be most pleased to see companies like that focusing on micro-generation, reducing reliance on a centralized grid, for individuals and businesses - but I'd rather ITM Power do all that too, in time. Beyond that - don't know, don't care. Hopefully, I haven't been duped into answering an ingenuine question, which was nothing more than an attempted plug for another stock.. | gimmethefax
