Thanks for the updates. Not received a call yet but again I will not be throwing any more money at it but if it relists and we get something back then brilliant. Do they have other fundraising alternatives? Probably not many P.I.'s wanting to invest.

Got my phone call yesterday, and since my holding is in an H-L SIPP they must have got my contact details there. They are aiming to slot into lending cash, small to medium sized loans, somewhere between payday and formal. Said I was happy to hold (cannot sell anyway)but no cash available for them.

Well, just hanging in there to see what happens... Apparently barx voted for me!! against.. now just got 3K shares...I guess we will not know what there worth for a while.

USOP went from PLUS to GXG - unfortunately, my online broker does neither, so not sure how that will pan out, although reckon my shares will be worth less than the amount it costs to sell them. Who said we can't lose any more money than we already have?!

They other thing he said was name would be changed, but retain the word Irvine. I have googled GXG markets, which seems ok. As you say norland, we await the letter.

received similar call - they must have got my number from Hargreaves L. Obviously looking for finance - will wait for letter.

I received a call from a Mr Alex Longuet. Told me he was an employee of Irvine Enegy.
Told me a letter would be coming out soon to all shareholders to explain business plan/model etc.

Told me it would be a business centred around an online trading platform bringing lenders & borrowers together for a commission.

To trade on GXG (never heard of it). No House Broker. Will raise money from shareholders direct!

Once funds raised, will re-register.

Directors: Robert Allen & Alberto Gil.

Is this all fairy stories or can anyone else confirm accuracy?

If you want to sell your bank will do it...barx deal with plus..any bank will do it for a fee.. Lets see if they get the re list away first...
