23/9/2012 12:16 | Sparty, yes you did have a vote. Mine are held in a Nominee account, but there was a message under Corporate Actions on their website and it allowed me to vote online on each resolution. | upthediff

22/9/2012 17:12 | still havent got a clue what the F going on and barx dont know either it seems.. apparently " "For mandatory corporate actions, which are events where there's no choice offered to shareholders, we won't send any letters. We took a business decision not to send letters for these events because there's no action required from shareholders" am i missing something here..? Did we as IVE shareholders have a vote or not??? even if those shares were held in a nominee account... | sparty1

20/9/2012 11:46 | Don't worry. Once you've bought an envelope and a stamp you'll be back in negative equity again anyway. :D | upthediff
20/9/2012 09:38 | I've already claimed a tax loss from the IR on my holdings. so if these become worth anything that's more bloody paperwork to fill in ;~{ | backmarker
20/9/2012 00:48 | My shares are held in a nominee account so I won't be receiving a call from Alex. But how I'd love the opportunity to tell him just where they could shove their f++king new company. | tommo41

18/9/2012 11:39 | UpTheDiff > As it stands, on the information I had, I've voted against. Likewise. I had already returned my proxy voting form prior to the receiving the call from Alex, and nothing he said changed my mind. I hold my IVE shares directly (not via a nominee account) and am listed on the shareholder register, which is why they had my phone number and were able to call me. | mwestern
18/9/2012 11:32 | If there's more to the story they should put an update on the website or should have put more detail on the PDF. As it stands, on the information I had, I've voted against. PS They have my email address from those forms they sent a while back. A mail shot would have cost them nothing. | upthediff
18/9/2012 10:58 | I was also called by Alex, but took what was said with a large pinch of salt. It seems to me they are worried about getting enough votes and are trying to drum up support. There are resolutions for the re-election of the existing directors who retire by rotation at the AGM. If they were intending to resign following the AGM, why bother to go for re-election? | mwestern
18/9/2012 09:24 | I also have had a call from Alex who told me that the current directors will resign after the AGM. I am happy to give the new team a chance and they will have my support. | bradley13
18/9/2012 08:42 | exactly, we all lost out big time with, but it all a risk, we were fed i believe false info about what was happening but it happens, but to get anything back even if it a pint for this sorry saga then i will be happy | come on
18/9/2012 07:47 | No I wouldn't exit just yet. | camelot5
18/9/2012 07:18 | Nothing to get exited about yet , | pal44
18/9/2012 07:13 | I had a call last night from someone called Alex at Irvine who seemed very excited about Friday, so me personally, I will be voting in favour, I just don't see what there is to lose. Can any tell me if my understanding is correct? We will have 1 new share for every 200, I understand that. But we do not know what each new share will be worth? What is to stop a multi-million pound company reversing in here and the shares floating at ...for example 1p, 10p, £1? Anyway, I shall be watching closely on Friday. I do wish you all good luck | magician2001 |
