What about the 5 million tax write off the company will benefit from in future business from its failed investments using our cash ? This is arguably an ASSET
and sure to be utilised by IVE if they get off the ground again. This
£5 million should be paid back to existing shareholders if they ever get in to a position where they have to pay the revenue this amount of tax.
There is little regard for us original investors and this write off is a genuine target for these two guys who are trying to dilute us into oblivion.

Someone will have to stump up the £500k. I wouldn't put it past them to come around with the begging bowl if the institutions come up short or show no interest.

I don't think we're being asked for any more money. It's a placing not an open offer.

Would strongly advise people against investing anymore money - It's up to the board to get in fresh blood, with an open, transprent strategy etc etc

If I ever get any money back from this, it's going straight on a holiday - all £5 of it...

I'll not be putting any more money in either. I just sent a CG34 off to HMRC last week to have have them written off. Have to cancel that now and await developments

I shan't put one penny in. Just to give to the directors to pay to themselves for another year or so. I'm afraid I would say anyone thinking about it should think again.

Would not spend good money after bad.
How could you trust this lot with your money again.
And even more so , when all they want to form is an investment company and pay their wages from your hard earned cash before they screw up again.
Its win win for them and lose lose for you.
How they get away with it is breathtaking, but I suppose the system is rotten from the bottom all the way up to the regulators.

The prospectus sounds a bit vague on the web site. I'd like to know more about what they plan to invest in or acquire etc. If anyone has any more info, I would be very interested to know tks ...

Are the new IVE BoD the same as the last BoD's?

If so they should never be aloud to float a company ever again after the way the pi's were totally shafted here.

I appreciate some may well have a large number of shares left in IVE but I would advise against giving these crocks any more money as, imo, crooks are exactly what they were.

Why should such directors be able to get away with this type of thing time after time. something really needs to be done to stop them ripping off other pi's as we all were last time. And thats not 'imo' as that is a well documented fact.

I got that letter as well.
Wanting to raise £500000 to list on PLUS as an investment company in the natural resources sector.
After placing, current issued share capital to be worth less than 10% of the total share capital after placing.
Says web site has been updated, but I see no change
