06/9/2012 08:23 | Why for the sake of twenty quid would you even contemplate keeping these crooks in business. Write it off, move on and steer clear of these aim fraudsters in the future. | bennywin
03/9/2012 19:12 | i like the way they protect their positions, anthony and ross have to be re elected for this to go throught | joe8472
03/9/2012 12:11 | Am I right in thinking we don't know what the new shares will be worth yet? So you can't value your holding? | magician2001
03/9/2012 11:57 | cheers for that i had 250,000 shares so i get about 30 quid instead of the 3 grand i had is that right or 3 quid, maths was never my forte hence me investing in ive! | paulie1
02/9/2012 21:01 | Merlin55 It's not a 20:1 share split. It's a 1:200 share consolidation. Quite a difference. If you now hold 200000 shares this will be converted to 1000 new shares. | osammyboy2
02/9/2012 12:48 | So if it came back alive at the same price it delisted at id have say about 200 quid. More than I was expecting as a big fat zero was more what I was thinking. Mmm what would I do with 200 quid I could red or black it a about 5 times and if I called it correct every time id prob get my money back. I could blow it on a hooker maybe put it on a 33-1 shot at the races I could have 40 fish and chip dinners 40 pints. Its expensive out here Any other suggestions??? | abudhabitrader
02/9/2012 08:58 | It's a 20:1 split as on the AGM voting form. | merlin55

31/8/2012 07:11 | ...yeah we would be better off if we were to right off the sum than have it so devalued... | haff1

30/8/2012 13:34 | Benson Robert Allen is named in the paperwork as the "expert" who came up with this wonderful route to extract us from the dire position we are in and to get IVE relisted | drrichard
30/8/2012 12:52 | Medved If you complete the form on this website you should get the info | osammyboy2
30/8/2012 12:19 | Who is Robert Allen, please ? | benson384
30/8/2012 11:17 | Medved, Mine are also in a nominee account. If you're like me, any shares you'll hold after restructuring would be worth so little that it's really not worth doing anything, imho. | tommo41
30/8/2012 11:09 | Having regard to the proposed restructuring I suppose the question is "what are the alternatives"? The answer would appear to be "none". On that basis I would say that we should vote in favour of the proposal otherwise our shares (which are currently worthless) will remain worthless. It is perhaps a mistake ( though understandable) to keep referencing what was originally paid for the shares to what they will now be worth. When we bought the shares the company was an active explorer with perceived prospects - the company we have now is inactive and and the verge of a slide into oblivion. The current directors are trying to make something happen in an attempt to create some value somewhere and it only cost us a stamp to support them. This is a poor situation for us all as we are left to choose the least bad option but as I said "what are the alternatives"? | ranald
30/8/2012 10:59 | Going by bluesbreaker's calculations my original 500k holding would be worth about £25 for every penny that any new company's share price might be. Oh well, at least we should have closure for CGT purposes. | tommo41
30/8/2012 10:48 | If you want to get the most recent documents, Email to Anthony.Samaha@alton Very efficient | drrichard
