17/9/2012 11:16 | So at a 1 to 200 share dilution, you had £300k invested here? Thats seriously top heavy for any AIM stock. I'm voting 'HELL NO' for the sake of any future investors. | behappy69
17/9/2012 10:58 | If the EGM vote on Friday goes through, I think you will find only one original director will stay, S.Ex requirement, and a new board would be elected. The current encumberts would disappear etc. That would be closure on a very expensive Chapter. For the sake of circa £1,500 value after consolidation, I am voting yes, with the hope of scratching some more back. | benson384
17/9/2012 08:38 | Agreed Upthediff why anyone would say yes and help encourage other to pay their wages for another year is beyond me......they have no business and no idea quite clear. | yorgi
17/9/2012 08:35 | Hopefuly the action will not go through at the AGM on Friday and they will just disolve the company. | upthediff
17/9/2012 08:11 | Just checked my inbox on selftrade 1 new share for every 200 held!!! action date 21/9/12 | blackwel
16/9/2012 11:33 | UpTheDiff, I'm in complete agreement with you. I understand that some people think that something back is better than nothing but the amounts we're looking at are so small that they're worth losing to make a stand on principle, imho. I reckon that my original holding of 500k (which cost me £12k!!! to accrue) will be worth about £25 if shares in any new entity were priced at, say, 1p. And given their past track record, the chances of these clowns making a success of any new venture must be regarded as pretty low. Please think about it and don't give these f@@kers the opportunity of making any more "investors" lose the sums of money which we've all lost. | tommo41
16/9/2012 10:03 | The something back will be tiny, but will give them the chance to lose someone elses money. For once, I'm not looking after number 1, but thinking of others. These people have proven they have no clue...they were raising £610k from a share issue and saying the future looked good weeks before the suspension. If I'm lucky I'd get a couple of hundred quid back over time. I'd rather lose it and management learn their lesson the hard way....like we did! :D | upthediff
16/9/2012 09:41 | If anyone is thinking of voting 'FOR', here's the moment the IVE was suspended. Try and think how it made you feel, and do your part in making sure the company don't get the chance to make whole new bunch of people feel this way. Whichever way you cut it, our investment will be worth nothing or next to nothing whichever way you vote. :-/ | upthediff

07/9/2012 08:38 | Medved, that is my thinking too! Our shares will be in something that may do well! Nothing to lose from my point of view. | magician2001
07/9/2012 08:21 | In my view 'owt's better than nowt | medved5
06/9/2012 10:58 | i aint bothering to vote | paulie1
06/9/2012 09:18 | Agreed spot on Benny and Tommo. Why on earth anyone will vote yes is beyond me. | yorgi
06/9/2012 09:18 | I've just logged onto my old TD Waterhouse account...IVE is the only thing I hold there. I've voted against every motion. They need to just wind up the company and stop delaying the inevitable. PS Just take a look at what Michael Julian Frayne and Anthony John Samaha have made of PAL! | upthediff
06/9/2012 09:12 | Good point, bennywin. We don't know, of course, what the initial share price of any new entity is going to be, but I would guess that it is going to be in the very low pence department. Perhaps even in the fraction of a penny department. I'm quite prepared to give up a few quid just to see these shysters be unsuccessful in their project. These people can't be allowed to keep playing with other people's hard-earned cash, fail, then start again as if nothing's happened. | tommo41 |
