TW was a huge fan of RRR and big mate of Andrew Bell, he promoted the hell out of RRR and you'd be doing well to find a bigger dog on AIM with a more questionable board.

The bottom line is that the whole lot of the AIM commentators and self appointed gurus are nothing other than tuppence hapenny charlatans.....

Pls check TR1 in full...

So 82m + 44m = 126m shs
Perhaps a small net increase?

Afaik they had 120m at last tr1?

Can't see 4.35% getting them far at requisition?

Key difference at KZG is that over 25% shares means special resolutions can be blocked at a GM. e.g. Severely impacting capacity to raise money.

Anyone looked at all the news on Kazera? Why did GC walk meekly off in to the sunset there, but fight here?

I get that Align have a larger holding over there, but the Chinese deal would appear to have been days away, with the HMS mining rights following soon after. Surely he could have delayed any general meeting, sang the successes and had a good chance of remaining in post as a result?

Got to say the General Meeting here looks like a complete farce, with GC getting his own way in his usual arogant manner. Not seen TW chime in on a GC company before, but he suddenly appears to be "aligned" which is a bit worrying from a PR point of view.

I still think Align was the short term play if you wanted to cut your losses, but GC's capital raise was the play if you wanted to own the long term success of the assets. Going to be painful for a while yet though and obviously PI's own far less of the asset than they once did.

It will be fascinating to compare KZG and IRON going forward, communication-wise KZG are far more on the ball now, with the CEO presenting and taking questions from investors.

With Align shouting from the rooftops that Ironveld will never get in to production and will need more money in 12 months, it's kind of hard to imagine any new buyers coming in. Align appear to have gone full psycho ex-girlfriend vendetta mode.

Who are you trying to convince LADESIDE, us or yourself?

RJ won't stop until he is stopped. The damage he has done so far could easily pale into insignficance compared to what he could cause - with the best intentions of course. I think he is right about the Special and for that to be allowed to go through on a show of hands in the way it did absolutely stinks. In my shareholder activism days I had a lot of comms with Nomads, AIM Reg and FCA; they were all totally useless. But I am just a nobody PI. RJ, rightly or wrongly, does have some clout. AIM Reg does not like scandals (hard to believe given how many there have been) generally the response is for the Nomad to resign with immediate effect which suspends the shares and there is 1 month to find another or the share delists, so AIM Reg can just sweep the stinky mess under the carpet and carry on being the world's most successful small company growth market. I have had it happen to me and seen it happen loads. I am not saying that will happen to IRON, I am not even saying that is is probable only that it is possible. There are quite a few other things which are not just noise - they are very real risks. But you keep up the see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil act and keep enjoying the roller coaster ride.

Anyway I am looking forward to 12th to raise my hand to kick out GC and ME, hopefully there will be enough other hands raised so the proxies do need to be read out. I continue to enjoy the ride.

The share price over the next few weeks is inconsequential so long as the funding is secured and the smelter purchase completes.

Everything else is just noise.....

Yes not had a good sucking for years - I can't think why!

Averaging down is a great idea, it is how I managed to turn nearly £200k into the £1.4k I used to buy the 27K of IRON I still have.

I got out of spreadbetting when the small amount I used to see if I could do it had gone. At the time I had no idea that about 75% of people that did it lost all their money.

I don't understand all this social media stuff and can't think how I might find out more about someone who was saying worrying things about a company I owned shares in by using it. I would just assume they are some bitter nobody and ignore the risk they might pose because that might stop me averaging down.

You only lose when you sell. There is a reverse Newtonian law that what goes down must go up. The cheque is in the post and I won't come in your mouth.

lets not forget vast resources hit £1m market cap which no one could forsee except perhaps city insiders and marketmakers so ironveld could go the same way but i think 0.2p will be the bottom which could be a good thing in the long run..easily be a multibagger

Never had any luck at the track, but enjoying the ride here with 27k shares. Really looking forward to GM on 12th, where I will be voting to boot out GC and ME - not that it will make any difference. I can afford to retire at 55 next year, supported by a property and proper (ie not AIM microcap) share portfolio.
