Well, good day to all here! I bet you thought I'd sold up and moved on but I've just returned from 2 months in South East Asia, taking in the sights of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia which was absolutely breathtaking! So much to see and do that posting on a bb was the last thing on my mind! I did keep a sneaky eye on the share price from time to time and it's doing good and I'm in chill mode which is in strong contrast to the carnage of results day, when I was not at my best, lol.Looking forward now to IQE beating last years H1 figures......onwards and upwards!

But that's the point of investing. Buy cheap sell when expensive. Why wish for a price that represents value, when you could have one that significantly over values the company - at which point you choose your exit point and move on.

I hope we reach a point where IQE shares the same PE metric as FEVR!!

a while ago I highlighted FEVR- Fevertree as an example of a 'good news' stock and what could happen to a chart based on positive momentum and sentiment - backed up by a good business model of course. Although I don't believe OUR future lies with a G+T, I think the case for Compound Semiconductors is far going to exceed the thirst for tonic water ;-)

S-H - Ah see what you are suggesting but I suspect may see RBG in 70's before we see IQE in 170's though would prefer the latter !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why isn't it too good that directors actually realize a profit?, that's what we PI's can and do all the time.
The 'wording'as it is just states the obvious.

A nice consolidation at this sort of share price suits me fine, it's going to the 80's soon , it's blindingly obvious to me, just like 50p was when it was 17p ;-)

2 top directors selling out 1.9 million shares each at 68p isnt too good, though to be fair it says for pension planning.
