If I was Banksy I'd say this was worth 125p and bid it to 45-50p in a normal market. Problem is we're in a bear market, so I'd inform my brokers to bid it to 35/40.

Most is already covered 77000 bpd, and a clear details which seem to suggest it should have been given first time around.

The law as stated is clear and IOF met all the criteria just like we banged on about for some time.

It bodes well for any other permit they may have planned. Hal have clearly split down their 100k bpd for around 1/3rd which tends to fit in with the 3 depot plan.

I'm not suggesting there will be another permit or depot, but Hal have reduced the letter of intent to match the need of over 50% covered in LOIs.

I suppose it keeps the options open, but I'd be surprised if a JV wasn't sorted before we ever got to any further permits.

owenga, it doesn't really matter when you are counting the date from... 1st Dec is 1st Dec! It's actually a few days earlier than I had expected...

The key is whether any 'objections' appear on the web page... of course they may be made 'vexatiously' or based on no valid grounds, and then be dismissed by the DNRC... If there is a genuinely valid objection (which seems unlikely, and the company have confirmed this view in the latest RNS) then there could be a 5-6 month gap until a hearing...

Maybe Banksy will tell his brokers to buy at 40? That would be good. Then edge it down to 30p as the market falls. Then it looks proper.

Markets not great (understatement), but in some ways comforting to know the iodine market has had it's battering over the last year, with very little room for downward pressure on the price from here.

I fear for the high flyers with little or no revenue, no near term revenue and little cash in the bank. They will get hit badly imo of not already done.

I did mention the odd one or two recently and they have been hit hard (unsurprisingly)

I think I am right in saying that the footsie was a lot lower than this when IOF share price was riding high. Fundamentals for IOF are now v.exciting.
