12/6/2013 15:43 | City Index are still, and always have been open for IOF business. | ![]() dorset64
12/6/2013 15:40 | Suprised by the huge mark down on the news and whether these sells are due to margins being triggered or a big sell to be booked later, I am not sure as most here are long term holders. IG still have 5% as short. | ![]() joeblogg2
12/6/2013 15:38 | Too true :) | moomintu
12/6/2013 15:29 | moom Well you certainly don't do it the other way around, good news, followed by the CEO resigning. So yes you may well be right. | ![]() superg1
12/6/2013 15:00 | Going to agm next week so will ne interesting to heat what they have to say and whethet there will be trading update or not | moomintu
12/6/2013 14:59 | Would be nice to see some big buys.coming through with temp blip in share price as currently a bargain. As most people said agree this is overreaction and usual herd mentality. Wish I had some more spare cash to top up on :) | moomintu
12/6/2013 14:39 | Sorry to hear about Lance, although I am sure he will continue to take a keen interest in his 'baby' in his consultant role, but he is quite right to put his own health first. I should like to express my thanks to him for all he has done for us small guys and my good wishes for his recovery. | ![]() gadolinium
12/6/2013 14:36 | Well there have been a couple of nice 10% swings for the shorts recently, and if they've played it both ways ... good for them I say. | n3tleylucas
12/6/2013 14:34 | Plas The grapevine view re the business position is good all round, as you can imagine phones have rung, and digging done but all sectors. Obviously all are sad re Lance's personal position. He is a very nice guy, and has done all of the hard work. The network of employee's built up over the last year is very strong. I've been tracking them, and the list just gets bigger. It's easy to do with so many web networks. | ![]() superg1
12/6/2013 14:27 | Looks like shorty is taking some profit too :) | the librarian
12/6/2013 14:15 | Is one of your trades here Northern1? Can somebody who can see my posts please advise others that IOF is also traded on the old PLUS Market, now ISDX. | n3tleylucas

12/6/2013 14:10 | I thought we already knew that Lance had stood aside due to illness which is of course sad. Health is everything. Without it, money has little meaning. But back to the sp; the fall today must be an over reaction, or an orchestrated move to let some in at a lower price. Although i have had some unease ( rarely is anything this good!) i have topped up again today as 4 more this year, six next year etc. can't be priced in at £2.20. I also think that they won't be able to contain the good news next week at the AGM, so this sale price won't last long I guess. | ![]() plasybryn
12/6/2013 14:09 | Added more @ 219.9 - trade is not showing All the best to Lance and family - Health, Love, Wealth (in that order)! | ![]() northern1
12/6/2013 14:08 | Anisha No. AGM next week are we sure that if we turn up with a print out of our holding and not a formal letter we will be admitted. Hope it's a big room, look how many turned up at the PI meeting. Would hate to be turned away, it would be teddy throwing out of the pram for me. | ansana
12/6/2013 14:07 | anisha, No, the OTC PINKS listing is not classed as a qualifying exchange. Mind you, all AIM's will be ISA'ble from next April I believe. Check last budget. | n3tleylucas
12/6/2013 14:05 | all the best to Lance for his future and i hope he makes a full recovery.my humble thanks for your incredible hard work that has made iofina such a great investment for many on here. | remp31
12/6/2013 14:04 | "watch out for the random flag counter hits" What flag counter? This one? | n3tleylucas
12/6/2013 14:03 | hi can this be held in an isa is it listed in us thanks | ![]() anisha
12/6/2013 13:58 | Shame to hear news today. Many of us (me included) have Mr Baller to thank for literally changing our lives from some of the financial gains made on this company. This is all down to his efforts in transforming the company to where it is today - a growing success.I hope he makes a speedy recovery and enjoys some timeout with his family - life is too short....I am on holdiday next week so gutted I can't make AGM... watch out for the random flag counter hits - not sure if we have had visits from some of the countries I am visiting :-) | ![]() supreme mo
12/6/2013 13:54 | I hope it's a relief to his family and that Lance will go onwards and upwards from here regarding his health. Glad that he has been retained in a consulting role, it's amazing what can be done when you have time to think! As stated by others I feel sure that the announcement was planned for minimal impact, thanks for all you have done Lance and enjoy time spent with your family. | the librarian
12/6/2013 13:53 | I managed a few more in my holding too. best wishes to Lance for a full recovery soon. | ![]() moormoney
12/6/2013 13:49 | Just logged on having been in a long meeting. Very sad to hear about Lance, I wish him all the best and I hope he makes a speedy recovery. He must have worked a terrific amount of hours over the last couple of years and he was instrumental in leading the company. It is good to know that he will be around as a consultant. Having said that all he has got togehter a first rate team and the inital push has started, it should run on nicley and the roll out should not be affected. So I guess the really important strategy and inital push has been accomplished and I am chilled about the future. It may have been a different story 18 months ago, but now its o.k. I have taken the opportunity to top up, though I did have to sell stock that I did not really want to sell. However the opportunity to top up at this price level will not, I suspect come around again. All the best Lance and thanks for everything. | ![]() rogerbridge
