well we hit 70p at the bottom three times now. Looking like 70p is becoming a good support point. It could still crack under pressure but its looking increasingly strong atm.

Thanks SG. Your detailed explanations of the complete process have been a rock of foundation in recent weeks.

From my PoV, we turned early in the US working day, and something must have filtered out by now eg the meeting was friendly, cooperative, productive or something, which many at IOF must know by now. And those who expected news to-day are out by now imo.

Just a thought sg1 if Iofina had been totally rejected yesterday then we would have heard today. So no news is good news!

Could be a while yet CK for all we know, but I still can't figure out how they could say no to all when going through the rules, so I would expect a permit for at least all or some of the water, as explained in those recent posts.

I can't see anywhere in the rules, considering what IOF said, how they could completely stone wall their application completely.

This is the biggest permit of that type that Montana have seen, so the caution isn't a surprise.

Wall St having one of its Black Fridays, futs off 200 odd. Funny how the FTSE goes down more or less exactly half in these situations.

I just want the Company to put it's head down and make sure they get plants built on time, on budget and then the price will look after itself. Been a lot of talk before, now concentrate on delivering on your core business plan.

Looking around for positives, IOF (GG?) over to talk to UK instis sometime soon if I remember rightly. Anyone know the timing? They've certainly given them the opportunity for a good entry point.

Someone did suggest that early water news would mean that the authorities have been satisfied by the IOF presentation of their remedies. So let's hope news comes within a week or two!

che: reading the RNS again (always painful) written by someone who doesn't write good English, doesn't understand the business, can't appreciate the exactitudes essential in an RNS, and the importance of mood. Suspect it's Yellow Jersey and nodded through by CF or whoever. (If it is CF he's very patient having stumped up in the 90s.)

'handover to operations staff' in February, 'plant start up activities will then begin'

We spent months trying to pin down 'build' and 'commissioninig' but thought we now understood the terms. Now not even mentioned. When will the leak test be performed?

Anyhow thank heavens Feb will be on its way soon. Expect the handovers within a couple of weeks (but will they RNS them?) and water news could come any time.

As you say, something out of left field would break the spell while we're all obsessing about oil (edit iodine lol) and water.
