In one of his posts Jackabite said that he has shorting 'friends' who target shares, wonder if those They are still 'friends' after their targeting of GDL when he was investing (or encouraging it) on the highs? Something is not right in that statement.

Bobby

Off-take will simply mean removal and transport of water, so perhaps they disagree that the engineer plans would provide sufficient options to take 80k bpd. It could be bigger pump needed, bigger pipes, or both. There isn't much else involved. A pumping station and pipes.

Nonsense. All the market needs is reassurance through production figures. I think those numbers will be good based on research. I'm not convinced iof will provide them until they rns the next plant built, others on here do and am happy to be proved wrong. What do you think production from iof 2 and 3 will be? I think conservatively 500mt over the course of a year taking into account varying brine supplies and downtimes.

mrbeavers,

I think penny stock status will be upon us very soon here. The cash burn is unsustainable.

Put a 1 on front of it on the next production update and you're spot on I reckon.

Thank you Superg for all your time and effort. You unearthed a great growth company here. Wind back the clock 2 years and they have progressed massively.

I remember idiots saying ASOS were rubbish for years. They primarily were day traders thinking they could influence the price. People forget there were periods where the share underperformed but sooner or later the rebounded strongly to reflect the progress in the underlying business. If they had done their research and invested in them they would now be extremely wealthy and wouldn't have to fret/waste time about monitoring trading positions.

As I have said many times before it is a well known statistic that 90pc of traders lose money. Unfortunately most will only accept it once they have lost all their money.

Form is temporary. Class is permanent.

For what it's worth Jackabite I was thinking of investing in GDL some time back but your posts totally put me off, you killed that thread with your sillyness and personal attacks on people and every other thread, maybe you need to re-think your strategy and embrace all comments and aspects of investing... without the potty mouth.

Sg, your post 12675 makes perfect sense when applied to 85-2-311. I too noted in the rns 'off take engineering' and 'beneficial use' comments from IOF, and as you imply, engineering related can always be overcome; I am expecting the permit to still be granted. Also, although not directly connected to this permit, the authorities must be aware of what IOF could contribute in the future with the Atlantis aquafier if there was any future shortage of water overall, and I feel this could be a big plus at the back of everyone's mind.

It's a pity you are taking the flak you are at the moment. Most know that the share price is beyond any of our control, whatever happens to it, and we can only make investment decisions based on research and applying logic to the information we have at the time, and everyone must take their own responsibility. I would like to reiterate that there are plenty of posters here that do appreciate your efforts.

I see the Institutional Holders have increased their stake in IOF. Up from 56.77 to 57.20% in the last 4 days.

jcs,

Not really too sure how your continual - bar a gap - baiting of other (than this) anti-threads is really helping here?

Perhaps you could elucidate?
