All the hard work is done re contracts, leases and tech. All it needs is a decision maker.

IOF have top experts in iodine like Dr Khalev and Tom Becker. F Dorn has been in the oil industry for 30 years. Lance still there and knows it backwards. A load of chemists at the chem plant and io plants, geologists and landmen.

This CEO won't be wearing all the hats the last one did, hence all the extra staff.

Yes- a good appointment and obviously has the respect of the existing team and the support of Lance in the background.

Contrary to what we want I believe a suitor will buy IOF. The guy has been delivering already it seems, we'll see come results day re what has happened since the last update.

It seems io3 is built, reading that rns, and io2 has the new brine we all wanted, just waiting for confirmation of that officially next week.

Building blocks dropping into place.

Back on Sirocco, that looks like a short to me, as it will surely fold within 2 years. Watch that ALP fail, but they can't compete anyway. Imagine that side by side on the AIM.

SCM Bullmine too, they don't have the operating costs or structure to survive.

So our CEO is a man of proven experience, already successful in the key aspects of IOF's development - rolling out the plants and producing iodine. And already a respected member of the team, very important given the intensity of our growth. So much better than the uncertainty of merely an impressive CV and a "hold everything whilst I sort you all out attitude".
