20/8/2013 09:48 | noli, "of which I'm sure you are aware" What did they mean by this? Are you known to them? | ![]() sandbag
20/8/2013 09:46 | Nice one Noli. I did hear that a while back but hadn't thought to ask them. John Ames application just got a deficiency letter too. Although his application looks to be out of state supply. He's been around for years, so my guess he is that he is trying to defeat the WAWS 10 mile rule, for one of his existing depots in ND. The intent I suspect is to have the extraction point as one of the depots, which ups what he can sell there. | ![]() superg1
20/8/2013 09:39 | I contacted Dry Prairie over the weekend about them selling industrial water and recieved the below reply. Dry Prairie is not selling water for fracking purposes, however, there are some private sources in the area of which I'm sure you are aware. | ![]() noli
20/8/2013 09:04 | Good reversal. A quote from someone "connected" "I think interims will be very strong compared to last year. All record. July and August have been strong from what I hear." | ![]() captain_kurt
20/8/2013 09:04 | Well I really thought our chart would look like ATUK and REM's by now. Feeling very frustrated I must say. | ![]() worraps
20/8/2013 08:43 | Escape ATUK one I picked and tipped as punt at 8.5p, it's gone OK hasn't it. 4 times the price right now, but the herd have rushed in, which may have distorted what is going on. | ![]() superg1
20/8/2013 08:37 | When will this supply finish? Are the mms fishing for shares? What is going on? A bleating sheep has spoken! | ![]() escapetohome
20/8/2013 08:35 | SG if you say up to io6 was already funded perhaps you would like to enlighten me as to how they had achieved £10million in the bank - sure beats me. | baguette
20/8/2013 08:33 | It looks like all the action is in ATUK at the moment - poor old IOF | ![]() escapetohome
20/8/2013 08:30 | Bag Up to io6 was funded, it's after that they needed funds for the rest. The whole point was to get that in place to avoid delays, for a string roll out, rather than wait for cash flow to build future plants. They would need funds for the new style pods and water side of things, so getting the cash in place was a positive move. | ![]() superg1
20/8/2013 08:24 | I am not suggesting anything. I made my point that I think Chris Fay did a great job | baguette
20/8/2013 08:18 | BAGUETTE, whether you believe the company's words, or your own, it was still a very good financial arrangement, at a very good time. Not sure what you're really trying to suggest? | ![]() worraps
20/8/2013 08:14 | Worraps all you are doing is repeating the company's words. They had no money for a roll out at all before this. It does not take much of an accounting knowledge to see that they had exhausted their resources to arrive at that point. Its no criticism of the company its just the phase they were in and money was needed to progress at all. | baguette
20/8/2013 08:13 | As you can see here | ![]() worraps
20/8/2013 08:12 | Bag A lot of other staff have been recruited in lower management levels over the last few months and we forget people like Dr Khalev has a mass of experience on iodine plant builds. Plant build supervisors and engineers have appeared. recently Lack of the CEO is not ideal, but that doesn't mean there is no-one to steer the ship. Some delays are intentional, io3 was to be in Texas originally, but it's been a wholesale shift to a roll out in a concentrated area in Oklahoma. Thinking of that strategy as you will know, such a concentration of staff and plants in one area, will be far easier to manage than having hem spread out of various states. As for digging, good old Noli had a hit over the last 24 hrs. To those that have old info, with missing pieces of the jigsaw, his find slotted in nicely. | ![]() superg1
20/8/2013 08:10 | Indeed, skasher....it was to implement a faster roll-out. No other purpose as I recall. | ![]() worraps
20/8/2013 08:09 | Skasher how do you know the company was not in trouble please. Banks have not been lending to small businesses especially AIM companies not yet into profitability. Unless you have specific knowledge I think my instinctive guess is at least as good as yours. | baguette
20/8/2013 07:23 | Baguette don't know where you get the line That chris fay saved the firm from impending disaster from? Yes he organised loan yes at advantageous rates but the company Wasn't in trouble without this loan and it wasn't supplied to Avert a ticking time bomb like many begging bowl loans To aim companies | ![]() skasher094
20/8/2013 06:39 | Bobsworth Not to labour the point any further but just in reply. Yes I know that we are right at the cusp of a very dynamic phase with a number of key activities coming to fruition. Where we differ is that I do not believe this can all happen in an apparent management vacuum. Chris Fay is doubtless doing a great job of reluctantly holding the executive fort but his first base is U.K.and there is no obvious leadership in the U.S. where all the activities are. I absolutely know from experience that all these deliverables do not just happen because they have been stuck on a paper critical path timeline - they need active management. We the PI's will not be the ones who move the share price it will be II's and they hate a lack of leadership. They may, like me be a bit quizzical that a new FD/CFO has joined and yet no CEO is announced. Does he know who his new boss will be if not why no news - if he does'nt that's also a bit strange. I just believe that unless we get a CEO by end August you can take it that the next news will be more delays in the programme. Incidentally to any who have criticised Chris Fay lets remember he is the chemistry brains of the outfit, he saved the company from impending disaster by organising the $15m loan through his personal Stena contacts when the banks would certainly not have played ball and he is holding the fort following the disastrous Lance news. | baguette
20/8/2013 01:02 | I don't wonder what the private site is ... like. 139 hic! | n3tleylucas
20/8/2013 00:23 | Gad - Fascinating stuff - If it all works out then a possible great future JV opportunity for IOF - Presumably just a coincidence with the name - Pity! - Must check to see if this lot is investable innable - For further info see - hxxp://www.deionizin | pcjoe
19/8/2013 23:09 | Look bag, gooners have a good side, don't believe the media, they'll finish top 4. Man Utd will be top, Chelsea 2nd, Man City 3rd. Save this post. | n3tleylucas
19/8/2013 22:35 | Very brief mention for Iofina and new CFO. Page 11, | ![]() diggulden
19/8/2013 22:32 | BAGUETTE "For me the share price will not move until a new CEO is announced." Not sure that is statement is totally right! Yes a new CEO will help bigtime but surely if they announce IOF2 is totally backup and running with all 8 additional bore holes complete and contributing + IOF3 is built and commissioned etc etc + water rights application approved, before they announce a new CEO with good credentials, the share price will surely move up bigtime and continue to rise as they add and commission IOF4, 5, 6. Guess thats what SG inferred when he said it depends what else is going on. That said I would prefer to get news first on the appointment of the New CEO. That would settle the market once and for all and well and truely add further value to the shareprice as plant commissioning and the granting of water rights approval is achieved. | ![]() bobsworth
19/8/2013 21:14 | "I am puzzlied why we remain at this price" 7238 The best Freudian slip I've seen on here. | n3tleylucas |
