How about we do this, let the company come out of under the radar(which they are) and we as investor go under radar, only SG and few other post when it matters or when they have any new information regarding IOF.

Hey and now I've looked the Zac Mir ad comes up on Advfn.

'The UK's top technical analyst'. ????

Bag I'd keep quiet if I were you about what comes up, most websites pick up on what you have looked at, and the same ads appear on most sites you visit, I saw your post.

:-)

Not EK.

All I know is that each time they have got it wrong. Zac said there was a triple (Edit Quadruple) bottom at 170 and predicted it would fall.

It went up, so the crystal ball then said it was waiting to surge north. Now they don't know.

I'm just sitting and watching while the chaos goes on, at some point it will all settle down.

The story is just the same, no, better, but that seems to count for nothing, for now.

Netley LucasNetley Lucas was a minor celebrity in the 1920s and 1930s. A fraudster and thief, he extended his conman career into the literary world as a publisher, biographer and plagiarist. He wrote a number of well-received books and claimed to have ghost-written books for others but at least one of his two autobiographies was ghosted for him and it is likely that other books he claimed as his own were by other hands. The problem with Netley Lucas is that he made a career out of lying, so finding authentic information about him isn't so easy. You may have to take some of his claims with a pinch of salt.http://bearalley.blogspot.co.uk/2008/09/netley-lucas.html?m=1

Some talk facts, some don't; everyone has the power to decide whether to take notice or not. It is their money after all, and they can decide.

I think IOF is still sufficiently non-disclosing that the directors or any new CEO can't buy shares (my opinion in response to questions raised). I would think they may give the new CEO options?

"I don't know exactly why the share price has fallen"

I do ... it was too high, it is too high, and even when it is smashed to 100p it will still be too high.

Netley Lucas - Bashing rampers for fun.

skylite, re daughters, I'm single myself but observation has taught me: don't by your daughters any toys that look like ponies, or books, or magazines, and as for a rocking horse - need I say more.

1 fluffy little cute toy will turn into a horse box (for two), a field, a stable, or pony club, vets bills, more vets bills. you get the message.

And congratulations by the way on additional sprog. - t'was a pleasure to meet you in Cheltenham - ah, the good old days eh.

And yes I still have almost all my spreadbets (financed down to zero) and shares. Hurriedly gathering finance to continue increasing my holding while sale lasts.

Good luck all - Mike

Basically, at this point in time, this comes down to do you think that Iofina will get the roll outs, (even if there are some delays, it is only due to re-location of units for better returns), and therefore larger profits, and shareholder value, or is all the time spent so far, proven technology, expertise, finance secured for more rapid roll outs, including the possibility of even larger units (50,000bpd) plus mobiles and now even hyper ppms being mentioned, all cumulating in increased iodine production, (the end product, which the company is already producing), going to fail? Not to mention of course water and other add-ons which we have.

There is talk of manipulation, shorters in action, cheap take out, and other theories, which may or may not be correct. Also it is being said that IOF are not yet showing the full power of their hand, staying under the radar. I don't know exactly why the share price has fallen, maybe a combination of reasons. If you are holding paid for shares the most you will have paid is around £2.50. Looking longer term, even just a few months, do you think that figure will be surpassed? Well, take a look again at what the company have achieved and are doing. No sweat in my view.

I see Iofina made the London Evening Standard today:

"Dan Nickols...at Old Mutual, has upped his stake in Iodine processing business Iofina after a dramatic plunge in its share price last week. Nickols raised his stake in the business from 6.24 million shares to 6.42 million or 5.05% worth 10.09 million at a share price of 157p, down by almost a third in the past week. Iofina issued a statement in response to the sudden crash, saying it was "not aware of any reason" for the repricing, which outpaced losses on the wider market by a significant margin. The company has had a rollercoaster year. Over 12 months shares in the business remain 289% up, having climbed as high as 502% in early June. Investors may well have been feeling jittery after the surprise resignation of company chief executive Lance Baller a fortnight ago on health grounds. Baller will remain consultant to the business."

I love worraps's posts, they wreak of sweaty, stinking fear ... he sums up the horrible feelings of so many on here after the recent pasting you've been given.

Unfortunately his total fear is just beginning. Monday was just a little test of resolve, a test of backbone. Sadly for him, everyone now knows this stock is about as strong as a thin little twig, there is no resistance to any attack.

We are in a nasty bear phase, despite what any chartist will tell you.

The next leg down will test the strongest resolve. There is a trading gap at 102 -103 that WILL be filled.

Are you strong of mind? Are you gonna be able to take what's coming?

Everyone now knows posters like SCRUTABLE are always at maximum leverage ... when the attack begins, he has to either lose positions, or sell stock fast, making the plunge all the quicker, hitting stops like taking candy off a baby (it is so easy) ... and just seeing how many 10% auctions can be forced before another "we know of no ... " is forced out.

This is going to be one of the most spectacular battles this site has EVER witnessed ... what a summer we're in for! LOL
