Before the cuppa, for a bit of humour, check this out.

We have all been there, my first experience was a squeaky cheap recorder in school.

I fixed it with a sharp strike against a scaffold pole, that taught it a lesson, and it felt great.

I love the last line.

It could be the spam software in play, but they why now? It's missed about 1000 other days.

Time for a cuppa, then back to normal service.

ACT

I'm reading the last few to see what on earth they are moderating and in terms of your history of posts they are very mild, so something else is going on. Data breaches perhaps. Do you recall your MM3 threats and countless others, threats of putting guns to heads and all sorts. You get so drunk you can't remember.

You can't recall all the bits you post in 1000's of posts under various avatars.

You underestimate me.

You are a self-confessed alcoholic internet troll, you've explained it to us enough times on this thread and many others.

Rile us, lol did you check your posts, I post without checking my fat-finger typo's all the time. You never do, but have done so today.

Aha

It's no rumour. I've been busy recently and missed this

LONDON (Alliance News) - ADVFN PLC Tuesday said it believes it would be "inappropriate" to accept the requisition for a general meeting from three shareholders who are calling for the removal of all the directors from the company's board, because ADVFN has not received vital information from the shareholders regarding their stakes in the company.

Shareholders Sweet Sky Ltd, Shellhouse Ltd and Zack Keinan in March requested a general meeting, calling for the removal of all the directors of ADVFN and a vote on appointing an entirely new board. At the time, the ADVFN board said the requisition was "an attempt to take control of ADVFN without paying a fair value for the company".

On Tuesday, ADVFN said the three shareholders have declared a combined shareholding of 25.7% in ADVFN, and the company said it has asked repeatedly for more details from the shareholders concerning their stakes in the company. Sweet Sky is the largest single shareholder in ADVFN, with a 24.44% stake, according to Morningstar Company Intelligence.

No that option isn't available, hence my surprise, perhaps they have decided to look through this thread.

There are probably 1000's that would subscribe if they got the BB sorted out. Jeez it would only take a few changes and maybe one moderator, the cost to do so is small and the gains potentially big.

It will be all down to cash flow somewhere. This is a public listed company and you can imagine the effect if they get hit with dozens of court orders of various types, investor confidence and so on. I'm not saying that would happen, but they have left themselves wide open to it.

It is rumoured major shareholders have been busy having a moan about certain aspects of the company.

IMO T and C or not they shouldn't be allowing certain posting to go on. That has little to do with our strange 'friend' on here.

The ability to outwit trolls, will create a general 'feel good factor', and in turn create positivity... and result in an increase in Share Price!
There, I've said it.

Apparently Numis have known for a while as they were on 3 months notice, hence they have probably done sod all fro IOF this year.

A complete mess up x naff all + sod all, is the sum total of their contribution.
