So discovery means he wanted to see where IOF were getting all their facts from.

That's an easy one Mr Carlisle. It was all in the permits you listed, AND in your own permit application.

The rest came from the largest Bakken survey ever completed by I believe the society of petroleum engineers. Data from 1100 wells.

That's what IOF had with each relevant page of the 5000 or so to look at, listed so it made it easy for them to find it, to exhibit.

You can't record one set of facts in your own application, then alter those facts to suit your need for an objection.

Served on a plate to destroy your claims/facts.

As pointed out we have a strong seller, and have had one for over 6 weeks now. With the tax year volumes it was hard to call, now it's obvious.

Hopefully within 48 hrs we'll know if it's general sellers or one in particular.

Then add on the shut down plant news, if you don't know the company and io1 circs it adds doubt. For some time I've been suggesting they should shut it down and move it to OK if the numbers stack up v the cost of a new plant.

Very pleased to be proved wrong in my estimate of a max of 120mt!As the temperature picks up recovery rates will improve by up to 20% so there has to be good chance they will exceed the 260mt for the 6 months. By the time of the results they might be able to say this.

As important is that at these levels of production the production side shouldn't be holding back the ever expanding chemicals division.

If you search for discovery as applied to US law, or use similar wording, you will see several sites that give a proper definition in the context used in this mornings rns.
