02/5/2024 07:39 | I really hope so | megaman2
02/5/2024 07:38 | I don't think you will be able to buy at 23p this morning. The open offer will likely be taken up in full as you will be able to flip them at a higher price almost immediately. The big deal is done which is what would have put a floor under the share price. The only way now is up. | indiestu
02/5/2024 07:20 | Placing oversubscribed which is great for all the new shareholders. Long term holders absolutely shafted again. Open offer take up will be very limited i suspect, especially if the shares hit 20p which I think they will | robertspc1
02/5/2024 07:13 | Not when we can all buy at 23s...sp now stuck at 23. Where can the share price go now with c 450mill shares in issue 130% dilution..last year it did get to c £100 mill mkt cap that's equivalent to c 23 p now ... The sales team can relax now they have at least another year on a jolly standing at conventions handing out leaflets ... | megaman2
02/5/2024 07:05 | Well that's a relief. Oversubscribed. Sentiment seems very down trodden but those in the know have put up the readies. Looking good for a massive rally today. 75% by close. Good luck all. | indiestu
02/5/2024 06:44 | Absolutely they need huge orders now to rectify credibility asap or zulch should go ..this 432mwh advanced sales has to progress asap or the writing is on the wall here and not announcements about self funded deals because that's unsustainable. The rns is saying we can only close these lodes orders by buying in ourselves..so they need to show the market they can win big orders without USA backing or part ownership....I'm not convinced this pipeline will materialise ..happy to proved wrong but zilch needs to be put under pressure. I've had a go at a few peoples opinions who are saying relax and come back in a year ...my argument was that was nonsense and the apathy and lack of sales and slow delivery would lead to huge dilution and permanently effect the share price ..I wasn't wrong ..400 million plus shares now they need to come up with some huge contracts asap but I expect more dilly dallying about and to run out of money again next year. Had they come with just £30 mill and an all singing and dancing partner I could have traded out ..not looking likely now and I doubt they will come up with the contracts now I don't believe zulch is capable . | megaman2
02/5/2024 06:36 | Tough read. To say it "stings" would be a huge understatement! I've had to learn the hard way that "It's never to early to take profits" and that (in my experience at least, the way to make money consistently on AIM is not sitting and holding (like with established companies,) but swing trading little oilers etc. As has been said, in the longer-term, this could pan out for late investors, but not for the early birds. | guppygould
02/5/2024 06:32 | It doesn’t really solve anything. The £27m just keeps it going to another 16 months The £18m will be lost in long term investments that will need more cash The holders are diluted at low share price The investor is a political bank Where on earth have the other customers gone. The largest customer is now a royalty deal (unknown number) where IES will get peanuts. | purchaseatthetop
02/5/2024 06:20 | Even if the placing has been filled I think this is sub 20p at some point today and will remain there. This management has zero credibility. | robertspc1
02/5/2024 06:12 | A challenging RNS. Obviously a part of me feels bitter with the dilution. Medium / Long term - sensational news. £50million cap business raises £50million. The biggest limiting factor for people buying in has been the cash flow. Should be in a position to start receiving these lucrative contracts in the 100 MwH range now. Short term - I genuinely don’t know. Of course it won’t happen; but my goodness; wouldn’t it be a master stroke if they publish an RNS with a very large order tomorrow and an improved trading update. | doctorbgreg
01/5/2024 22:56 | The book build's success is irrelevant in the big scheme of things. My reading is that HMRC in regardless | tom_w3
01/5/2024 22:54 | Maybe it's not the strategic investor you were hoping, but having government buy in is about as credible as it gets. I'm a bit more optimistic about the market reaction tomorrow. Let's see | tom_w3
01/5/2024 22:51 | Thankfully I sold out most of my 1m plus shares but added a few recently thinking they would bring in a serious industrial heavyweight investor. Should have known better, they are con artists. The placing is likely to fail IMHO, open offer is a waste of time as shares will be sub 20p tomorrow. AIM at its worst | robertspc1
01/5/2024 22:37 | I thought you sold out a year ago? | tom_w3
01/5/2024 22:37 | Can we believe Zulch asks someone. He's a snake oil salesman at best. Told me once he wouldn't sell his shares for five pounds. I doubt the placing will get filled. Expect a sub 20p open tomorrow | robertspc1
01/5/2024 22:33 | Are you going to declare your insider status? It is a total disaster for any existing shareholder but you don't care | robertspc1
01/5/2024 22:26 | Thats a 100% dilution I belive? but should leave the valuation at £100m. Depending on the way they issue shares. UKIB could count as a tier 1 investor depending how you look at it. If this means UKIB just bankrolled Invinity for 50% of the shares (so to speak)they maybe independant from the government but they will be pretty sure of getting a good return, hopefully on a nod and a wink. I think I will take up in full any offer they make. The first big LDES order or MISTRAL in USA/Australia would boost the shares no end. And allow UKIB to dilute thier holding as mentioned. All round this looks like a good deal. | ivyhedge
01/5/2024 22:01 | Exactly, the closed subscriptions and placings will execute overnight and be presented as a fait accompli in an rns before markets open tomorrow. A procedure devised to surprise and minimise unfair trading. The open offer up to 3-per-20 at 23p should ensure that is where the share price opens. As you say not much point in buying or selling when you can't trust what lies ahead, we are just clinging on in hope, feeling let down, nursing heavy losses. Things might get better some day but Invinity unlikely ever fulfilling the promise which drew us here. | marktime1231
01/5/2024 21:57 | Sitting on an 80% loss, you've only got yourself to blame not the company. Take some responsibility for your own sell button and max risk lol .. For others.. coming soon might be an entry opportunity into a story | smackeraim
01/5/2024 21:42 | I genuinely feel for you and am in the same position. Should have invested here. Definitely not but the company is at last showing that it could, and probably will, find it's way to profitability. How much do you think the company will be worth if it achieves what could be high profitability. Certainly, if this fundraise is completed, there will be many with lots of skin in the game. There will be lots of red faces if IES's plans fold but there will be lots of smiling faces if they make it. The figures of this market are enormous. | mikemine1 |
