Hope where is the well over £350 million in orders this year .

That's nonsense.

"
On cash flow position of the company has stated it has well over £350 Million in orders in the coming year. This has been covered by many analyses in November /December 2023 with some predicting Profitability in 2025."

Who are the many analysts saying we'll over £350 million cash flow in orders this year ?????

That would be c 500 MWh+ of battery installation. How can you write this and not realise it's absurd? Or maybe i.missed the rns for this well over £350 mill in orders . They had £21.6 mill revenue last year you are saying many analysts are saying that's c 16+ times more for this year ??? Incredible please post your multiple sources for this enlightening research of these many analysts ...

Now I'm no fan of the SNP, but here is an extract from a report dated January 2024, relating to power generated in Scotland in 2022:

"Renewable technologies generated the equivalent of 113% of Scotland’s overall electricity consumption in 2022, new statistics show.

"This is the highest recorded to date, and a 26 percentage point increase compared to 2021."

That must surely be well ahead of the rest of the UK, and ahead of most countries.

Scotland has windmills all over the place, onshore and offshore, with many more planned for the next several years. But Scotland is seriously lacking in battery backup systems. I would have thought that there should be massive opportunities in Scotland for IES, but the BES systems that I am aware of are all lithium.

The failure and delays of energy projects is because of us, not any government.

How are we going to explain to our grandchildren when they’re burning or starving or freezing, that a view out of a window was even on the agenda to go on a list of objections ?

“But your inheritance is worth more because the wind farm wasn’t built, so the house price stayed up”

The problem is constantly in the news, Scotland doesnt want a green future..perhaps they will learn to back green policies.
Labour will spend £28 billion....or not as they couldnt work out the sums.
The conservatives arent any better, they still havent done much of anything....maybe green steel....but no money as yet. New wind farms, new solar parks....no mention of backup when no wind/sun. And most projects being rejected.
Not much chance of owt before the next election.
Yes im an investor and seriously under water, my losses on this company are bigger than most peoples mortgages.
Slight gains in last few days, as with Ceres and NEL, ITM paddling like mad but not going anywhere, AFC another fortune gone wrong.....but i have not lost hope, maybe proton is the exception as ive just about written that one off (88% losss) as never coming back.
We have to live in hope that the future is green.
Just looked at my Ceres shares, up 26.9% in last month and making me a profit, wow, see I told you the future was green.

I was following today's input on the board and I thought about what has been written. Invinity came from 2 companies back in April 2020 if correct. Invinity was formed in April 2020 through the merger of Avalon Battery Corporation and redT energy

The question is, do you take the share price from Invinity Energy Systems Launch or the other 2 companies' share prices going back to 2009? The price of IES in April is only slightly below what it is now( 3 April website Launch Share Price was 35.67).

On cash flow position of the company has stated it has well over £350 Million in orders in the coming year. This has been covered by many analyses in November /December 2023 with some predicting Profitability in 2025.

Invinity Energy Systems is classed by BNEF as a Tier 1 Energy Storage provider only 3 months ago.

In the ongoing discussions, they said they could use a bank loan {VSA Capital Podcast and news outlets) rolling over 2025 if. Yes, that means a debt entails working harder. If things did not work out.

Mistral has been Validated and ready for scaling up to orders in the USA (DOE ETC)

Invinity Energy Systems itself is attending as many Energy Exhibitions in the coming months. They are not lacking exposure in the marketplace now.

Research is important and reading material is part and parcel of any Investment. It is a choice and if things do not go the way you think maybe Investing is not for some people.

Tradertrev - Of course I want this too. As do the board. As do all investors here. We roughly know the timeline this will happen assuming all goes to plan - estimated 2025.

As an investor though, it's relatively clear to see that this company would not be selling at 25p if that was the case. I'm personally treating this as a buying opportunity as I think the probability of positive cash flow and big sales in the nearish future are worth the risk.

I am hoping the tier 1 investor is GE Vernova. That would bring a fantastic US position and end all the funding uncertainty. They have recently completed the split from the GE rump, which might explain the delay

It seems like the price could be on the move in the right direction. Maybe there has been a leak. Interestingly, the tipster in the US didn't mention that big investment was imminent.

Fair enough. As you stated there are significant achievements but it's taking too long and my fear is that's going to continue to our detriment .as I'm trying to trade out I should start ramping the share price the next few months ...not really my style though ..there is going to be others with the same idea no doubt. If I didn't think the share price was going up would have sold i bought more last week...

You are easily the most prolific poster on here Megaman. You clearly dislike what is happening here. I don't think it's particularly incomprehensible or delusional for someone to question why you are still invested if you dislike the running of this company.

Hoping to trade out to be honest in the next few weeks/ months.Ive seen enough now to think this will be a rinse and repeat here..there is historically a big bump after a fund raise after they tout the jam tomorrow ..I always said I hang In Until the launch of mistral ..

Hoping to exit next few months. Zulch is mostly invisible .
I don't trust the ceo and CFO it's as simple as that having lied on camera anybody who does is naive so the high ground that anybody takes asking why I'm I innvested if I don't trust etc doesn't look like high ground to me..more up in the clouds ..

I have to disagree . The CFO on camera lied a month or 2 before the last placing . It was a bare faced lie he stated they had no requirement to raise funds or words to that effect .. then it turned out they where broke and raised ..zero credibility . The share price has been destroyed to 10% of its peak that imo is not doing a great job . This is subjective but that's not what I call a great performance. It didn't start off with a 50 mill mkt cap . Of you think crashinga share to 10 % of its peak is expected and they are doing as great job thats your opinion . It's not mine.

I'm sceptical things will change here ..you are talking about cash flow improving in the next few months with big orders ..I hope that's true but it's more likely more of the same ..and another cash call next year when they don't deliver .

Sorry megaman but I completely disagree with you.

The market has been extremely tough for small cap companies. Despite that, I think that they're doing a smashing job.

The company has walked away from multiple state funded competitions with the biggest wins of every single company in this field. We currently have zero debt in a higher interest world.

They've stated that they have a tier 1 investor lined up and hopefully other high profile investments.

What more do you want? When it comes to Vanadium flow batteries: Invinity Energy Systems is the big boy in this space (outside of China). When it comes to sales of flow batteries in general: Invinity are top dog (again outside of China). The forecasts show LODES is going to get significantly bigger.

Yes, cashflow is tight, that's why we are getting investors in. It's a business with a <£50million market cap, what did you expect? In my opinion, this is reflected in the share price. Do I personally feel that cashflow will ease and big orders come through in the coming months: yes in my opinion, they will.

I'm expecting this to conclude ..the thing to way up is as Robert says it's been 5 in 5 will it be 6 in 6 .

If we just get some evdura style announcements with a few quid and promise of maybe jam tomorrow will this be a rinse a repeat and more cash at a lower share price when they once again fail to deliver on contracts in a timely manner and need more cash...

The CEO cfo lack trust and credibility it's now a major problem .

Everyone knows the potential. But it's all about $$$$ and right now the company doesn't have any. They have run out of cash maybe five times in five years. The only way out of this death spiral is an investor with serious $$$.

Not massive if I’m honest. Looking the web ranking for the website:
- ranked 2300th (approx) most popular investing website in the US
- 47000 monthly website visits
- not actually names IES.

If there is buying; I think it’s going to remain in the circle of people who know IES.

I must admit though, I do have a feeling something may happen tomorrow (probably absolute rubbish, and got absolutely no evidence, just a gut feeling)

Alex Koyfman's nice Article is clear, concise, and to the point. It reminds me of holding your finger in a dam before it breaks and a huge flood happens. This is from an Investment point of view.

Alex Koyfman wrote-

"I’ve been tracking a company for a few weeks now which might be the most prospective within this space."

If he has been tracking IES and he lives in Deleware USA. I was thinking back to Andrw Monk visiting the USA back in late 2023 and certain partners. It is now coming into May 2024 and the Article is Posted on 27 April 2024. It may bode well in the coming week or so.

I looked a bit deeper into Alex Koyfman his ratio is about 20% on his insights GMG was one. This falls within his 20% because it, is not a pre-start-up.
