Their last actual sales announcement was in Oct, 23 - over 6 months ago. That's a bit sobering.
Still a reality check that its over a year now and they still haven't announced a partner on LODES.

As said before, it does seem like there's a hiatus on sales, possibly for solvency reasons until they are appropriately funded and - more likely, irrespective of what they say about small project V3 use - the punters are waiting for Mistral launch.

They're running late on their financial partner news, don't doubt they'll announce something, but dilution for the stock is very likely.

Even with Mistral announced, the sales wont crank up on the same day, suspect this'll need funding for another couple of years. Not an attractive business model either.

Definitely easier 'working' stock ideas out there to make money on, this aint one of them, sales pipeline is glacial.

I suppose I will have to read it at some point just this morning I don't have the will. If I read it I will share what I think it are the salient points.

Winning a contract is one thing deliverging it in a timescale is another ..

They won lodes ...it's still left hanging a year later ...
Also the fact there is no debt funding suggests the business cannot sustain it ...which is alarming .

But it doesn't have to be so. If they can land a decent contract for say a 50MW battery bank, then it will all change.

And there's really no reason why they shouldn't be able to do that, considering the dire need for battery support for windmill and solar farms, and the serious disadvantages of lithium.

The problem is now even if they get another placement away it's an annual thing with constantly missed targets & delays etc it's nailed on another one follows next year ...

There will be talk of break even etc but zulch cannot deliver things in a timely manner ever ...it's rinse and repeat here and the money that has been sunk in here over the last decade or so is a multiple of the current market cap and no end in sight of more money being required and that continuing to be the case ..it's a sink hole.

As I've said before zulch is accountable and imo past his sell by date .

Monday marks the end of the self declared 4-6 week period which should bring about an announcement of the success or otherwise of IES's negotiations for a partner. Any guesses as what Monday will bring? My guess is nothing or a notification that negotiations are still ongoing.

One person’s posts here sound just like the feel good PR element of a company prospectus.

Lots of general “state of our market and opportunities” content.

Thats fine in a prospectus, but after xx years its just waffle.

I think by now we all know the market opportunities. Its just the business case and viability of IES that’s the issue. That’s tge bit that has lost a lot of investors a lot of money.

Trouble is, there is still a persistence in building lithium battery farms because no-one seems to know about, or understand, VRFBs.

High areas of electrical grid congestion recently are becoming a problem and solutions in the near to medium term will be implemented to secure supply at peak times. Many studies reveal that 1 to 2-hour storage batteries have become a problem and today the wastage of these projects has shown a problem with decarbonization of the UK grid.

Wind and solar farms within the UK have increased rapidly over the past 10 years.
Scotland for instance has a large quantity of Wind Farms and that produces a lot of energy that has been wasted. The short-term solution has been to use Gas-powered Stations to take up the slack within the UK energy market. Many energy providers are now looking at Medium to long energy storage 6 to 8 hours or longer. The aim is to have these Energy Storage Batteries to store the power avoid Grid Congestion and avoid using Gas power stations in the future. The next 2 to 3 years will see a rapid expansion for long-duration Energy storage within this sector.

Invinity Energy Systems recently had its Mistral VRB passed and is ready for commercial launch in 2024. Grid congestion within the UK may be solved in the coming few years with Large-scale energy storage Facilities taking up the slack on peak times to store.

Not picking sides, but just submitting my 2 pence worth. LinkedIn is a self-promotional tool as are many podcasts etc. It wouldn't do them any good personally if they were to say "It's all looking a bit grim really..." People are going to put a positive thing on anything to sell (metaphorically, not literally) whatever it is they are trying to push. Papers signed or shovels in the ground is what IES really needs I think.

I research my other companies if you read my other post history. Invinity Energy Systems has been covered and mentioned. Some people can not be bothered researching themselves and count on others. I mention this in the HOPE People research as well.

Reading new articles etc listening to Podcasts, Linkin, etc. If you can not see the orders USA, partnerships in each region mentioned in the news well the hints and hearsay are wasted as you may say.

You keep doing this hope posting and suggesting people investigate something or read your previous posts that you call "articles" insinuating you have some hidden knowledge then on looking there is nothing there ..

If you want to share information Great but stop pretending you have hidden information that can be found if people follow your cryptic clues that end up a waste of everyone's time .

Let's hope so because they have factored In cash flow from lodes to get to H2 and 1 year after winning the award they still haven't announced if a matched partner will invest or not which is extremely unnerving ...would they keep it quiet if their preferred partner decided to pass..almost certainly....

RNS 26th February: "the Company estimates that it should be in a position to conclude an agreement with one or more of these partners within approximately four to six weeks."

So 1st April will be 5 weeks, and 8th April will be 6 weeks after the RNS. Let's hope they come with a positive announcement regarding strategic partners by 8th April.

Of course they did say "should" and "approximately".

Clearly my concern is that with delays to lodes and USA doe contracts could mean that funds have not materialised as stated in 18 th December rns above..and the coffers are now empty which is not a good position to be in and not for the first time ...it's all very well calling for patience but Invinity does not have forever to dilly dally about and is constantly missing targets and running out of money .

I suspect cellcube has already gone to the wall due to lack of money ...zero info anywhere on the company for c8 months it had $3 mill injected 8 months ago to keep the lights on since then nothing ...it must burn as much as infinity so not looking good there.

The 5 projects mentioned 3 are under contruction with Invinity mentioned on delivering Storage Batteries in 2025. The 2 other sites have been commisioned and the local Energy Supplier for the projects are about to proceed.

The 5 projects partners are CIPCO,DPC,ODEC,NCEMC,CEPCI with Invinity Energy Systems supplying VRB or Mistral if upgraded.

The research is reading the local state ,district and towns news outlets which there are a few.

At the speed they do things I doubt it will be the last fund raise ..with continuous delays and lead in times they are bound to run out of cash again once replenished.
