APART from it going bust which most of us believe will not happen... what is the WORST and the BEST that can happen to the share price on announcement?? will be interesting to see peoples opinions....

Southernman, you are quite right. George, debt expected to be 600m in 2018. Additional credit secured in December 2017, end of year 2017 debt £513. I don’t know where you get the 700m figure from. Or the 10p per share dfe swap from. Yet you insist with your rude and personal attacks - implying opinions that differ from yours are either stupid or dishonest. I have to admit it’s going to be a long couple of weeks for me. Could GG please state his position? I’ll be back after announcement. Aendjo, out.

IRV has gone very illiquid post triple witchcing. I'd say any decent sized trade is going to move the price.

You can't say whether it's included or not as you don't know what type of funding it is and whether they have drawn it down at the end of the year.

My guess is it's somewhere between the two.

I just sold my 41000 shares and bought 4500 MCRO at 797p, hope to get in and out in one day with a 15% rise to pop back into IRV cheaply!! wish me luck

From the FT -

It's net debt rose from £274m in 2016 to £513m at end of the 2017 calendar year and analysts expect it to reach £600m by the end of this year.

The group won a reprieve in December by securing £180m of ADDITIONAL short-term funding until the end of March. It also deferred a covenant test on its debt until the same date, suggesting that the company is at present outside the limits placed on financial metrics such as leverage.

Doesn't additional mean additional?

No news. Little volume. Trading sideways. Perhaps an opportunity for shorters in the short term as uncertainty and nerves spook private investors - followed by a binary boom / bust share price movement on announcement. We all know where the respective positions are. We’ll just have to wait.
