I have a family member working for Interserve, and my sensei works for them.

I have enough confidence to buy in at 58p over a week ago, and I'll be holding for the long term. Enough said.

Not a case of lending being pulled. Just IRV won't get any more without equity putting in.

I suspect CFC1 is heavily underwater and a liar that he has a friend at IRV......

For transparency I was shirt from 111p but now closed.

Debt is huge, 600m+ then there's the pension. In a tight market place - would you lend them more?

The way to read this is clear - IF THE BANKS DID NOT LIKE draft PLANS they would have definitely pulled lending already. There is a massive amount of detail and lawyers will be '2nfro' over wording etc ....its what they do.
