Well the restructuring is certainly being applied from the very top. This guy heads up the FM which has about 50k employees. I believe he has been there from the start of the Company. The CEO is subsuming his role? She must be superwoman! Wonder what the market will make of that.
Now where is the news on the banking covenants?

DIRECTOR CHANGEInterserve, the international support services and construction group, today announces that Bruce Melizan stepped down from the Board on 30 November 2017 as part of its 'Fit for Growth' programme. The support services business will now report directly to the Group Chief Executive, Debbie White. I am 100% positive that there will be news either tomorrow or Friday at the latest. Whether it will be good or bad news only time will tell. I imagine a deal will have been sorted with the lenders (good) but at what cost remains to be seen.

whilst there i no news the hedge funds will play it like a fiddle. even deutsche were opening very big cfds! so drive it down then wait or even drive up 10p sell and do it again!

Sunday Telegraph had an article today on Hedge Funds and said IRV was the largest UK short position of Marshall Wace.

Yes you are right earlier in the week carillon were worth 92m to IRV 120m....not much in it!

This could be a level to hold?I am noting over on the Carillion board that this company seems in more and more trouble?Am I right in saying that market cap of Interserve is now greater then market cap of Carillion?
