24/10/2017 13:24 | They must know more through due diligence before taking that amount of stock.. like you say either a takeover or are very confident the banks will help out positively. | losses
24/10/2017 13:06 | Well, it was a genuine question really, though the thread has got a bit 'frothy' since the profit warnings. Anyone got any (sensible) ideas of what Coltrane are up to? | jeffian
24/10/2017 12:05 | Oooh, can we start mentioning about bid speculation. That would put a rocket up the share price Can't say there isn't potential? | eodfire
24/10/2017 11:21 | Just need that nice takeover rumour to lift the price so everyone can jump ship without losing too much. Hopefully the media guys that did this for CLLN late September have some shares in IRV also! | hootza616
24/10/2017 11:20 | What does anyone think about the stake built by Coltrane Asset Management being increased (now up to nearly 24%). As I'm now 'out', just my luck if they pop in a bid! | jeffian
24/10/2017 10:27 | 32 red still looks a good bet compared to this. Looks like the dead cat bounce is over | schofip
24/10/2017 09:58 | I did think that Interserve was not the basket case that CLLN is - until I read that FT report - £500m debt with tiny margins and a sink hole growing bigger - I am now coming around to thinking that a debt for equity swap is the future here as well. | fenners66
24/10/2017 07:28 | Good news out at carillion should see a decent lift up here today.. | losses
23/10/2017 19:30 | Something called resistance!!! | bookbroker
23/10/2017 19:29 | Juggler - that might be the solution, these days folk seem to suffer from the slightest sniffle, we didn’t have that issue in the Gulag, you just got on and thought about survival, if not you were shot!! | bookbroker
23/10/2017 19:12 | Yes you shorting 🐷'S have a little chat! 🤡👍 and foooooook offfff! 🤡🖕 | glenkaz
23/10/2017 14:18 | I think the time to pile in will be post a likely debt for equity swap - at that point debt will be significantly reduced, hopefully bad contracts ring fenced, restructuring in tow and profitable core business on which to rebuild- also the point at which a buyer will emerge..... that probably won't be that far off. | wolfhound1
23/10/2017 14:13 | Personally I believe anything under 40p is a great buy here. | ebomber
23/10/2017 14:06 | In my mind the risk versus reward at these levels is very good. Quite simply, this share is currently a potential recovery share. If you want relative stability go look at a share like GSK and sit on it. Personally I believe anything under 80p is a great buy here. | eodfire
23/10/2017 13:16 | Jeffian - a tough decision to take but I understand why you did. | fenners66
23/10/2017 12:28 | A rather sobering article in the FT today. I had not focused in on the introduction next January of IFRS15-something the article highlights that the commpany despite its plethora of accountants has not either. | cerrito
23/10/2017 12:17 | I propose to add to another significant holding elsewhere in the device security marketplace. | ebomber
23/10/2017 11:47 | What persuaded me to sell rather than tough it out, which is my usual inclination, is the capacity for further short-term shocks here. Further bad news on EfW, the consequences of breached banking covenants, a potential dilutive Rights issue or refinancing could all see the share price go lower before it goes higher so just didn't feel like taking the risk. | jeffian
23/10/2017 11:41 | Not selling waiting for a time to top up | losses
23/10/2017 11:28 | Thanks, BB. You can take comfort from the fact that, though I rarely sell anything, when I do it usually goes up from there! The best example of that is FOUR which changed from a printer (Letts diaries, chequebooks etc) to a 'virtual' printer providing branded products for corporate marketing. I didn't really understand what they were up to and sold at 41p. Price today? Over £19!!! I hope that is a signal for IRV holders! GLA. | jeffian
23/10/2017 11:02 | Modest hit as held for 10 years........... | ebomber
23/10/2017 10:54 | eBomber..I said I DONT think Interserve is going but..but we all make our decisions. You must have taken a huge hit??? | cfc1 |
