All the following imhoVery few trades are showing on my screen in last hour or so? Is there an issue with reporting or are there very few trades going through.

It is pretty krazy to see this up 7,5% today when they are not sure if they can pay their workers this month. Who is buying?

I already said before that I did not think it was until they started talking about trading conditions worsening and breaching banking covenants. Then when you look at net debt it gets worse.
It should not be as bad as CLLN but it now could be.

Fenners I don't mind hearing both sides of the story but you constantly omit the positive and spout negative..This is no CLLN.

Well we will disagree then - but the market reaction to the news was the only thing that mattered and the share price fell.

Losses...agreed. I think lenders etc will soon leave Interserve HQ and we will get a good bounce on new banking terms etc agreed. Wondering that will be in time for xmas....

There are short term issues but I'm betting on the company doing well in a few years time... by that time price may well be 300+

Semantics "going to breach" vs "realistic prospect" and you think they are paid to spook the markets unnecessarily?
It is clear they were warning the market because if they do not there are rules they risk breaking. They do not warn the markets until there is arguably no way to avoid - otherwise it is cutting their nose to spite their face.

But if you are buying on the hope that the problem goes away - good luck to you - you may as well go to the bookies instead...

So why did you plainly omit the following..Sally joins from FTSE100 UK water company United Utilities, where she has been performing a similar role. Losses I have never said anything about the a shares price being "right"
I cannot predict hour to hour day to day whether this is going up down or sideways.
But I can read when a company announces it is going to breach banking covenants
