11/12/2017 12:15 | dex - I of course I have and I have done more besides - that's why I can legitimately ask the question. | fenners66
11/12/2017 12:03 | Fenners. I know it's a bit radical, but maybe you could just try clicking on the link from 3 posts ago ? | dexdringle
11/12/2017 12:02 | Fenners you say markets are mostly right or when shares start dropping they drop for a reason... if your negativity is true then why has the share price risen this morning. | losses
11/12/2017 12:01 | Sally joins from FTSE100 UK water company United Utilities, where she has been performing a similar role. Before joining United Utilities in 2007, Sally held a number of roles at Nestle, Northern Foods and had a successful consultancy career supporting a range of companies managing major change programmes. Sally is also a Non-Executive Director at Lookers Plc. | losses
11/12/2017 11:57 | "I think she will be the architect of great change" A good appointment!" Why? What do you know about her? It seems from the information available that she was the Company Secretary of her husbands firm that went into voluntary dissolution with a negative balance sheet of -£147k. If that is her - that does not offer great commercial insight. She was appointed as a director to UU Pension trustees in 2007 but resigned less than a year later. Was she actually a company director at UU or just a titled "director" ? What do you know of her track record - before you make sweeping statements? Of course the ramping case does not need any facts , just hope and stories..... She will be an extra salary ....... tick She may have to sack some people .......tick If so that will cost cash they do not have ........ tick | fenners66
11/12/2017 11:32 | Interserve, the international support services and construction group, announces today the appointment of Sally Cabrini to its Executive Board as Director of Transformation, IT and People with effect from January 15, 2018. | losses
11/12/2017 09:15 | I think she will be the architect of great change. There must be a few of those grey suits ringing executive consultants today. They are going to get rooted out and disposed of in Q1. The gravy train is in the sidings now. Massive restructure, huge cost cutting and then build a sustainable business. Yes great for shareholders, we know there is more pain to be endured in respect of the EfW but by then hopefully we will be in much better shape. A good appointment! | the juggler
11/12/2017 09:03 | Juggler....good post. Thats the biggest indicator todate that this company will renew banking loan terms and rebuild. Im sure Fen666 will post his usual negative BS now LOL.. Great news and I am betting on +£1 around christmas or early Jan once new terms etc have been announced. | cfc1
08/12/2017 20:58 | Maybe schofip, but could also be "awaiting restructure". | eodfire
08/12/2017 17:19 | Perhaps this thread should be renamed "awaiting a miracle" | schofip
08/12/2017 15:51 | there you go ..now down on NO volume and little trade....being played until solid news update.... | cfc1

07/12/2017 16:44 | Dexdringle, can I buy into your company? | eodfire
07/12/2017 10:22 | Company bids for a contract. Company has carefully priced it up to cover all costs, including contingency, and provide a worthwhile known profit. Rocket science it is not.... Can someone remind me as to how exactly that ends up with massive losses ? | dexdringle
07/12/2017 09:47 | One thing that's for sure is that we'll get a strong short squeeze on any positive news. | eodfire
06/12/2017 22:24 | hey cfc "lenders are still at Interserve HQ." by that I take it you think the lenders consortium appointed E&Y are still there, but you already told us that was just "normal" so have you finally changed your mind then ? | fenners66
06/12/2017 17:56 | we just need news...these hedge fund 'players' KNOW that the lenders are still at Interserve HQ...and until they leave then the games will continue ...why wouldnt they? | cfc1
06/12/2017 17:20 | Someone knows something then, offloading on PIs as usual. One day the FCA will actually do something about it. | samdb
06/12/2017 17:00 | All the following imho3 sells of 400k and one of 250k adds up to 1450. This is 1% of company sold after hours?Presumably we will get an rns in next few days?Trades during day seemed to be nearly all retail sized trades. After hours some very big trades? | dandanactionman |
