Sorry, posted on wrong thread, can only edit and remove all but one letter, unless anyone knows how to delete?
And, yes, go long!

wallywoo.....exactly institutions not dumping 'wholesale' and adding or taking out major call options and CFDs! Now what does that tell you?

hmm, a fair few increased holdings RNS's coming out over the last few days, and todays candle chart looking like an inverted hammer (possible trend change). On the flip side the short percentage has been increasing. But overall may well break upwards from here.

cfc1, like your confidence. Like you I think there will be a debt restructure but a jump to 150p is a bit tall, given that nobody knows the eventual scale of the EFW fiasco! But I respect your contrarian confidence!

jeffian, yep - its a risk...but tell me a stock that isnt? I am happy to buy and hold at these levels. If bank terms extended etc with no right issue then this shoots straight back over 150p I will take the risk here.
I also bought Bitcoin when everyone told me about the risks but did it anyway.
Interserve is a solid company and YES there will be changes, restructure, sale of part of the corp but I expect a positive result from bank talks.

#5677,

The bad news to date is in the price but the potential for further downside shocks will come when we see the terms imposed by the banks in the event of a breach of covenant, the possibility of a dilutive Rights Issue and the latest instalment of the EFW saga.

The only way to know if more bad news is coming or not, is in the price action though and currently the 75-77p is the resistance. Need to break through that first and then show some signs the downtrend is turning

What does anyone make of the company announcement 15 mins ago regarding the 10% voting rights for Goldman Sachs?

I believe there will be a debt restructure. I suspect they will try to divest some assets to reduce debt, possibly even exit construction! I also suspect there will be job losses to shrink overhead.

However the nightmare scenario is if the EFW liability is even bigger!

Precarious times!!!

Key is EY brief from lenders, every other discussion or debate is likely to be academic if/when covenants are breached.
