14/2/2007 14:56 | Given affiliates did`nt get a 5% bonus in December and we have seen commissions increase approx 50% in the Travel industry, for Maz to say profits are weighted to H2 baffles me somewhat, any thoughts guys!!! | 68steve
14/2/2007 14:55 | The Blackster I agree that IBG are very good in not over stating the position and that should be commended but I see no problem with a bit more information and detail of future plans in certain aspects of the business such as Henoo and the outlook for US AF for example. It's obvious things are going in the right direction and by being a little bit more informative and upbeat, I'm sure, would have giving the share price the fillip it so badly needs and deserves. | omlaysause
14/2/2007 14:49 | The blackster I am a long time holder and not planning to sell out but there are many people ignorant in understanding affiliate marketing. To assume they will catch on maybe a little short sighted | ![]() hirschnathan

14/2/2007 14:00 | Omlaysause Welcome to the thread. I think you are right, the forward statement was very very vague and that has not had the right effect on the share price | ![]() hirschnathan
14/2/2007 13:47 | I`m not sure these are profit takers, more likely traders pre-results looking for a rise and know clearing out.The fact share price has risen(only slightly) after results shows there is a long way to go and maybe Instis will be mopping up these shares...IMHO. | 68steve
14/2/2007 13:17 | Well I hope you're all right. But for the past year we've been waiting for the so called profit takers to get out and I'm not convinced that's keeping the share price low. Although the results yesterday were excellent (as expected), I thought the forward statement from IBG didn't exactly set the heather on fire and I'm not convinced there will be much upward movement on the share price until the interims or some big hitters buy in. Hope I'm wrong! | omlaysause
14/2/2007 12:22 | Have topped up this morning - when the profit takers have finished this will move up. | ![]() masurenguy

14/2/2007 05:31 | I see Altium forecast EPS of 1.9p for this year 2007, and for next year 2008 they forecast 2.9p EPS. | ![]() papalpower
14/2/2007 05:23 | Hi Arthurly, left NZ last month. Just passed through Malaysia, it's nice but a tad boring. I top-sliced IBG about a year ago, missed the spike up to 37p though. In the past 3 months I've been adding back because the shares seem to be better value now after a year of effectively going nowhere. Nearly back to the number of shares I owned at 10p. No intention to top-slice again before 45-50p, if at all. Just depends on how long it takes to get there! :0) | ![]() taurusthebear

13/2/2007 22:57 | I'm amazed we made such modest share price progress today! | ![]() niggle
13/2/2007 22:40 | I'm amazed that we have made suchg modest share price progress in the last year but at least it gives us a solid platform for any future rise. No danger of selling my holding | ![]() costapacket
13/2/2007 22:21 | There seems to be a renewed general interest in AIM stocks by PI's and institutions in recent months. Some catching up to do against the larger capitalisations. | muffinhead
13/2/2007 22:09 | In From 3p and have no intention of selling although I did sell a few last Spring for 'finance' | ![]() niggle
13/2/2007 20:24 | My only real gripe is the online retail which contributes very little to earnings, takes a lot of management time and has now been scheduled for another 'restructuring'. I think they should just sell it and focus on the advertising side. I 'suspect' IBG would offload the retail side if they could get a decent offer. The creation of a independent management team for the business (so that it is not dependent on IBG management, who would not transfer with a sale) is maybe a step towards facilitating that process. Whatever happens its clearly going to become more and more peripheral as IBG expands geographically and in terms of product offering. | ![]() stemis
