14/2/2008 13:10 | I'll pencil in £2.60 at least. | powwow
14/2/2008 12:53 | No but the share price was manipulated and held at 200p for some time before being shorted down to 140p, so I wold have though a range of 210 to 300p, ie a third more than the price before the announcement in the usual fashion. | fur
14/2/2008 12:42 | Fur any ideas of offer price. | powwow
14/2/2008 12:19 | RETV is a an obvious choice or the management themslves, or even one of the more established retailers wanting to get internet TV platform that can be expanded. | fur
14/2/2008 11:46 | The bidder though we have no idea who it is will know what they are worth. Would they sell cheap, who knows, but then if there are the recent shareholders who have accumulated at £1.50 - £2.00, they'd be happy to sell out at £2.60 as that's a good profit. It does bug me however how these funds are allowed to buy on inside information, it's obvious, yet if we were a PI doing just that , it would have been illegal. I expect to some more activity on this stock with a view that maybe someone else may look at a possible bid., | powwow
14/2/2008 11:26 | I knew it tonyx.. I just knew they may get a bid , I could tell with the buying early on.. Still its happened now and I expect a bid to be above £3.00 really as they are worth every penny. but then again we'll have to see what their potential is and what the management feel their exit strategy is. Lets hope they don't give it away cheap, and one can assume they may well buy more shares while they are making an offer for the company. I bet they have offered £2.60 which is still very very cheap. | powwow

13/2/2008 14:47 | lets hope IDs goes back in a way as seen on ASC.. | powwow
13/2/2008 13:59 | tonyx, I agree with you 100%. All in all looks very positive. | powwow
13/2/2008 12:57 | powwow, Don't have a clue where the stock is coming from although they do seem to be short of stock now. I think fair value here is around 300p. Internet sales are growing & IDS added 206K new customers in second half of 2007. If I was a bidder, I would also be accumulating stock at these cheap levels. | tonyx
13/2/2008 12:45 | not mine :) Tonyx, do you know how they go about collecting this amount of stock, it's quite a bit really. Now with all these buys its a looking promising indeed. As I said predictions have been £3.00 a share, but I'll pencil in £2.60 for now. They are either buying the stock as they know its very under valued, which it is, or they are positioning themselves due to a possible bid for the company which would need to be in excess of £3.00. What's your views.? | powwow
13/2/2008 11:38 | Hi powwow. Another 20K buy I see :-) | tonyx
12/2/2008 10:23 | hi tonyx, finally yes, I never doubted it would move up, it was just a matter of time and when the MMs has their cup of tea. AS I said before this will I'm very certain rise till results way past £2.60. | powwow
12/2/2008 10:22 | First bit of movement for a while. The 50K trade was at mid price. If we can push through £2 then £2.20 is on the cards quite quickly. | tonyx
06/2/2008 08:43 | I'm sure it will move as it has done last week...Where are they getting the shares from. I'm just wondering if there is going to be a bid for the company, it's either that or they know results moving forward and company prospects are going to be back the recent highs. | powwow
05/2/2008 19:02 | Plus another 30K. Surprised there has been no movement in share price | tonyx
31/1/2008 16:18 | get ready for the next move up ! | powwow
31/1/2008 12:40 | cheers mate | powwow

31/1/2008 11:11 | GGekko, I think looking at their history, their last full set of results shows they had a turnover of (march 2007) 85 million with 6 million profit which was 15% lower than projected, hence the share price fall at the time from March 2007. Then it seems profits may have fallen slightly more to 44%, hence why the fall continued. Their recent interim results showed turnover of 97 million with profit of 1.4 million, so would expect their overall profit to be in between of 3-4 million with the company now improving it's margins and profits moving forward, hence why price will now start to move back up. Numbers have increased and profit is increasing, so for now I've penciled in £2.50 price target, but others have said £3, though its been over £3.50. Their full year results will be out in March, but its back into the growth path hence we are getting this consistent buying on the stock. I'm expecting more upwards movements into the range I've mentioned, as they appear to be doing better than expected. I've heard they are recruiting again hence being very busy. Hope that helps. | powwow
31/1/2008 08:57 | it says profit broadly in line with market expectations... what were/are they? | ggekkko
30/1/2008 16:56 | that's what they ave been doing all the time. that's on top of the 18k trade early today.. someone is stake building or wants this undervalued stock badly. I think it may well rise tom based on that trade. I'd like to know though where are the shares coming from. | powwow
30/1/2008 16:25 | 16K buy just gone through. Should push through £2 early next week. | tonyx |
