Debt will be fixed easily within 4-12 years. We just need inflation above 5% for a decade or so. Lucky for Japan, most of its debt is in Yens.

It goes the way the Central banks decide. Atthe moment they will say anything and do anything to keep stocks up. The facts however are debt has risen every single year since the crisis, and at some point we hit a brick wall. Japan can never bay back what it owes and nor can most of Europe. The UK and USA are on their way to the same as they too continue to run deficits they cannot get rid of

Started closing couple of long positions and opened shorts at the same time. Not sure which way this is going next, a 25p move would be good within a week.

Looking for a bargain at some point here. Not yet though, as market is way overvalued in general

2nd Ebola case in US -- not surprising at all.

Expect these numbers to rise outside Africa until a vaccine is sorted.

Has someone just disembarked from an IAG plane with Ebola?

We might see 290p some day, but there isn't any justification for that kind of drop anytime soon, its more likely to exceed 400 by end of year. The monthly traffic stats just keep looking good.

Ebola is the only downside risk on the table.

Watch out this only a bounce. Next stop on the slope down. 290 imo..

Well, the share price has to move to allow punters to trade. A profitable month follows a loss making month.I just try to minimise my losses and take profits at set targets.Hopefully, it's not too long before health workers can be vaccinated against Ebola.

I hope they have got their fuel hedging correct this time as they have bet the wrong way in past years.

I got the 6+ move yesterday, but missed the chance to close the recent longs -- being too cheeky with my limits.

quite strong move up -- I wasn't expecting it close above 360p.

A further 5-8p move up next week would allow me to exit some long positions.

More than a few industrial problems on the way so be careful not to get yourself burnt as employees see the rising rewards of the leadership but a embarrassing cost cutting going on. A view from the inside looking out so be warned.

Pie in the sky more like.Unions are spent with IAG.How many non contract staff do BA employ on the ramp at Gatwick? None! because they got rid of them all and contracted out.
Tell me what industrial action there was?

Gone long at 351p today -- not sure why it fell so much. I hope I don't have average out at 320-330p again. Quite happy not to be doubling up or quadroupling the risks.

Anybody know why the drop today. Can't find anything or think of a reason.

I know most are dropping but this is quite severe.

Any ideas?
